It's a very good choice in the center of everything, and good value because Vilnius is generally not expensive. Staff was hit and miss. Some were great, friendly and helpful. Others were just helpful, or just ok. Breakfast was perfect, and the room was pretty good - well equipped but not too big, and aircon never really worked. Lucky we could just open the windows as the heat wave didn't find its way to Lithuania. So recommended, but not ecstatically. Except for breakfast, which was really super.

I can’t brag enough about the wonderful stay we had here. We were greeted every time we walked through the door by Andrew, Vytis, Vytautas and staff. They were so helpful in arranging tours, restaurants and spa times. The room had everything one needs for a vacation: a safe, umbrella, refrigerator, minibar, shower with rain head, double sink, heated floor, comfortable bed, and tv. Also, a wonderful breakfast was included. One could eat the buffet plus order omelets, waffles, or crepes from the menu. The spa was by appointment and one had the pool and sauna privately for an hour. I did my swim and sauna at 7am every morning. Also, make sure you get a massage by Ercan Sōnmez. I have a bulging disc and Ercan made my pain disappear. Plus, my plane ride home was more comfortable than it was on the way here. I would give this property more stars if I could because it truly was incredible. The staff is used to celebrities, politicians and VIP staying here and I was treated like Royalty. Thank you for the marvelous stay!

Sono stata tre notti e mi sono trovata davvero bene: camera con arredi classici ampia e pulita con due bagni, servizio impeccabile - abbiamo avuto problemi con il riscaldamento ma hanno risolto brillantemente e ci hanno perfino aggiustato la ruota della valigia! Anche la spa è molto bella e la posizione è la migliore della città, di fronte alla cattedrale. Se posso solo dare un consiglio - che comunque non compromette l'ottimo giudizio - a colazione darei più spazio alla parte dolce servita a buffet. Consiglitissimo, il miglior hotel della città!

The hotel and service is fantastic and offers a very elegant feeling stay. Perfect location. The breakfast is amazing, bed comfortable, and staff extremely helpful. In particular, Maxsim (Max) was very helpful with tips about eating and drinking, and also very helpful upon my checkout, retrieving items I had forgotten and finding an area for me to get changed out of my suit. He is a credit to the hotel!

There is nothing amazing about this hotel, nor is there anything thats worth complaining about that really ruins your overall stay. The checkin was busy when i arrived and it took about 20mins to actually check in, which was a little annoying, but we got there in the end. Only one staff member on the front counter didn't help. The rooms are VERY basic, more so Holiday Inn Express style, not the type of rooms i would expect from a Holiday Inn brand. The air-conditioning control in the room doesn't provide much flexibility on control, just a simple dial, which i doubt really even works, no fan control, so thats a little down side. Rooms are ok, carpet needs a good clean in the room i stayed in, but overall not to bad. Mini-bar is stocked, which is rare for hotels these days, but thats a small bonus if you want to spend on the bar items which is priced high, as per usual. Breakfast is basic, hot and cold food, coffee is good from the automated machine, but no barista on site. A fresh fruit juice machine would be good, always a good addition to breakfast buffet to be able to make fresh juice. I had dinner and lunch in the hotel twice, both meals, the soup, steak and chicken salad were really good! I would recommend this for a spot to eat, but of course, getting out of the hotel for food is always recomended. The front desk staff are nice, allowed me to check-out late due to a late flight, so that was handy and made the stay more pleasing. Gym is very small, so don't get your hopes up. It says there is a sauna, but i couldn't find it. There is a safe in the room, but its not bolted down to the floor or wardrobe! its loose, so someone can pick it up and take it home! Doesnt make sense, not ”Safe” at all ! The iron in the room is super cheap! I expect this type of iron from a motel type stay, no steam type, and its very hard to iron a work shirt! They should be replaced with a decent iron! Overall its OK, bed were OK, pillows OK, room was quiet and easy to sleep, so thats a good thing. Short walk into the main area of Old Town across the waterway, or you can grab a taxi, or even a scooter! Thanks for the stay, but i thought the brand of Holiday Inn would be slightly better than what i expect from the brand overall globally.

Albergo vecchio, avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di una ristrutturazione totale. Non è assolutamente un quattro stelle!!Moquette nei corridoi e nelle camere, quindi assolutamente non igienico, oltretutto la moquette sembrava sporca, forse perché vecchissima. Camera fredda, il riscaldamento non era acceso, ma non c’era neanche la possibilità di accendere lo split del condizionatore e posizionarlo sul caldo. Bagno con vasca e doccia incorporata, la vasca a parer mio è poco igienica, oltre che non pratica. Non c’era la cassaforte all’interno della camera. Servizio non all’altezza di un 4 stelle: il secondo giorno, dopo aver fatto la stanza hanno lasciato gli asciugamani solo per una persona. Attenzione che se non mettere fuori il cartello con l’indicazione di fare la stanza, non la puliscono, ma questo quando si fa il check in non lo dicono. Pulizia scarsa, ci hanno lasciato un asciugamano sporco!! Colazione: molta roba salata, ma pochissima dolce. Non distantissimo dal centro storico, ma c’è di meglio. Inoltre, fuori dall’albergo c’è un centro commerciale, ma nient’altro. Se andate a mangiare nel centro commerciale consiglio il London Grill. Dall’aereoporto all’albergo con il taxi si paga 7/8 euro. I taxi fuori non li abbiamo trovaton(siamo arrivati alle 3,30 del mattino) vi consiglio di prenotarlo prima.

Il bellissimo hotel si trova nella città antica di Vilnius. E 'molto nuovo, quindi le attrezzature sono molto buone. La mia camera singola era un po 'piccola, ma basta per una persona e per un soggiorno in città. Il letto era confortevole, ma purtroppo non c'era nessun frigorifero. L'iscrizione è stata molto professionale ed efficiente. L'hotel ha un contratto con un parcheggio vicino, si trova a circa 600 metri a piedi dall'hotel. Per soli 8 euro, può parcheggiare il proprio veicolo lì (in accordo con la reception). Il colazione era in ordine ma era ancora in grado di svilupparsi, per esempio mancava latte normale, e solo latte privo di lattosio che aveva un sapore acido. In tutto, è un bel hotel e lo consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno a Vilnius.

The hotel is tucked down a narrow side road in a part of town that's very convenient for tourism and local cafes and restaurants on Pilies. There's a small Rimi supermarket really nearby which is very handy. The Strange Love cafe is a few more minutes walk and is great for coffee, cakes and light lunches. I was on the first floor (second floor in local parlance) and had an exceptionally quiet room. I know this varies based on layout, room occupancy and type of clientele but it's probably one of the quietest places I have ever stayed. My room was a reasonable size for one person with a spacious bathroom, good Wi-Fi and kettle for tea/coffee. The rooms are a little worn but in a good, homely way. There's no lift but the staff will help with suitcases as needed. The curtains weren't great at blocking sunlight, that's the only negative I can think of. The breakfast was good. There's a coffee machine which can make hot water for tea and some fruit and croissants and then a menu to order from. I enjoyed the salmon and scrambled eggs and the pancakes with berries. The hotel's restaurant and bar are closed now. One surprise was a genuinely good selection of whisky, I noticed this at breakfast when the same room is used. I got a takeaway to my room one evening from the remaining stock. Staff were friendly and helpful. I'd be careful with the buses to the airport. It was a sunny day and I walked to the 88 bus stop at Mo Muziejus (modern art museum) and waited sometime for a scheduled bus that never turned up. This can happen in any city but in this case it was an infrequent bus and it suddenly left me needing to get to the airport in a bit of a hurry. I ended up getting one of the many buses to the rail station and getting the infrequent train - a very short shuttle ride. I'd advise checking live departures if possible or using a more frequent bus route.

We stayed in Mabre Residence Hotel during an overnight visit to Vilnius. The rooms were good value. While the decor is slightly older the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The check-in and check-out process was dealt with efficiently. I left my e-reader behind and the staff held it for me before shipping it internationally, free of charge despite my request to pay the shipping charges, they were very helpful in resolving my mistake.

Non ho ancora visto la mia stanza perché sono arrivato presto, ma credo di poter dare la mia valutazione. Ho ordinato un trasferimento aeroportuale con l'hotel e è stato citato un prezzo fisso di €20. Non posso dirvi quanto drammatico l'accordo su questo trasferimento aeroportuale ha causato. Come hanno detto, il conducente mi aspettava in sala con il mio nome. Ma quando sono arrivato in macchina, mi ha informato che non c'era un prezzo fissato e che sarebbe stato su un metro. Così ho chiamato l’hotel e mi hanno assicurato che avrebbe dovuto essere un prezzo fissato. Avrebbero chiamato la compagnia per risolverlo. Ma al momento dell’arrivo all’hotel non avevo sentito alcuna informazione. Ho appena finito di pagarlo. Ora, sulla fiera di misura, è arrivato a €28 invece di €20. Non è che il denaro fosse così folle. Ma come un confronto, se avessi ordinato un Uber, avrei pagato €10. Non mi piaceva che l'hotel non facesse nulla per compensare questa discrepanza, ma invece mi hanno detto che a partire da quella mattina c'era un nuovo prezzo di 27 euro. Non può essere vero perché il conducente non mi ha detto che c'era un prezzo fisso di 27 euro, l'ha messo su un metro e così è successo che è arrivato a 27 euro. Soprattutto, penso che la gente vuole sentire che si occupano di un hotel onesto. E qui, posso già dire che questo non sembra un hotel onesto. Anche se qualcosa fosse successo al prezzo, come cortesia, potrebbero avermi offerto una tazza di caffè gratuita e io lo avrei lasciato andare. L'unica ragione che gli ho dato due stelle è che il prezzo dell'hotel è economico. Spero che la stanza sia almeno decente. Se non lo è, darei il posto zero stelle e digraderò ancora di più questa recensione.

La posizione è buona. La strada accanto all'hotel è la zona di ristorazione della vecchia città. Il bagno della stanza è particolarmente buono. Ci sono spazi chiusi separati. Questo è molto buono. La colazione può anche essere generalmente ovest di varietà. L'ambiente è pulito. I prodotti di letto sono anche puliti e ben 👍
