The hotel and service is fantastic and offers a very elegant feeling stay. Perfect location. The breakfast is amazing, bed comfortable, and staff extremely helpful. In particular, Maxsim (Max) was very helpful with tips about eating and drinking, and also very helpful upon my checkout, retrieving items I had forgotten and finding an area for me to get changed out of my suit. He is a credit to the hotel!

I can’t brag enough about the wonderful stay we had here. We were greeted every time we walked through the door by Andrew, Vytis, Vytautas and staff. They were so helpful in arranging tours, restaurants and spa times. The room had everything one needs for a vacation: a safe, umbrella, refrigerator, minibar, shower with rain head, double sink, heated floor, comfortable bed, and tv. Also, a wonderful breakfast was included. One could eat the buffet plus order omelets, waffles, or crepes from the menu. The spa was by appointment and one had the pool and sauna privately for an hour. I did my swim and sauna at 7am every morning. Also, make sure you get a massage by Ercan Sōnmez. I have a bulging disc and Ercan made my pain disappear. Plus, my plane ride home was more comfortable than it was on the way here. I would give this property more stars if I could because it truly was incredible. The staff is used to celebrities, politicians and VIP staying here and I was treated like Royalty. Thank you for the marvelous stay!

It's a very good choice in the center of everything, and good value because Vilnius is generally not expensive. Staff was hit and miss. Some were great, friendly and helpful. Others were just helpful, or just ok. Breakfast was perfect, and the room was pretty good - well equipped but not too big, and aircon never really worked. Lucky we could just open the windows as the heat wave didn't find its way to Lithuania. So recommended, but not ecstatically. Except for breakfast, which was really super.

Il Kempinski è senza dubbio uno dei migliori hotel, se non il migliore, dove soggiornare a Vilnius. Il personale è molto qualificato ed altamente professionale, in linea con gli standard Kempinski. Gentilissima e squisita la ragazza bionda che mi ha accolto alla reception. Bella anche la zona spa, sebbene la chiusura alle 9 di sera sia piuttosto limitante, anche rispetto ad altre strutture la cui spa chiude almeno un’ora più tardi. Bellissima anche la camera, con arredi curati e i soffitti alti, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort e con un letto fantastico, forse il migliore dove abbia mai dormito. Spettacolari anche le decorazioni natalizie, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più magico. Un altro consiglio per la colazione, la cui parte dolce potrebbe essere più varia. Manca anche il porridge e gli yogurt sono solo confezionati. In generale mi è apparsa minimal, ma è sicuramente calibrata rispetto al numero di ospiti che usufruiscono della colazione, puntando più sulla qualità che sulla quantità.

There is nothing amazing about this hotel, nor is there anything thats worth complaining about that really ruins your overall stay. The checkin was busy when i arrived and it took about 20mins to actually check in, which was a little annoying, but we got there in the end. Only one staff member on the front counter didn't help. The rooms are VERY basic, more so Holiday Inn Express style, not the type of rooms i would expect from a Holiday Inn brand. The air-conditioning control in the room doesn't provide much flexibility on control, just a simple dial, which i doubt really even works, no fan control, so thats a little down side. Rooms are ok, carpet needs a good clean in the room i stayed in, but overall not to bad. Mini-bar is stocked, which is rare for hotels these days, but thats a small bonus if you want to spend on the bar items which is priced high, as per usual. Breakfast is basic, hot and cold food, coffee is good from the automated machine, but no barista on site. A fresh fruit juice machine would be good, always a good addition to breakfast buffet to be able to make fresh juice. I had dinner and lunch in the hotel twice, both meals, the soup, steak and chicken salad were really good! I would recommend this for a spot to eat, but of course, getting out of the hotel for food is always recomended. The front desk staff are nice, allowed me to check-out late due to a late flight, so that was handy and made the stay more pleasing. Gym is very small, so don't get your hopes up. It says there is a sauna, but i couldn't find it. There is a safe in the room, but its not bolted down to the floor or wardrobe! its loose, so someone can pick it up and take it home! Doesnt make sense, not ”Safe” at all ! The iron in the room is super cheap! I expect this type of iron from a motel type stay, no steam type, and its very hard to iron a work shirt! They should be replaced with a decent iron! Overall its OK, bed were OK, pillows OK, room was quiet and easy to sleep, so thats a good thing. Short walk into the main area of Old Town across the waterway, or you can grab a taxi, or even a scooter! Thanks for the stay, but i thought the brand of Holiday Inn would be slightly better than what i expect from the brand overall globally.

Albergo vecchio, avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di una ristrutturazione totale. Non è assolutamente un quattro stelle!!Moquette nei corridoi e nelle camere, quindi assolutamente non igienico, oltretutto la moquette sembrava sporca, forse perché vecchissima. Camera fredda, il riscaldamento non era acceso, ma non c’era neanche la possibilità di accendere lo split del condizionatore e posizionarlo sul caldo. Bagno con vasca e doccia incorporata, la vasca a parer mio è poco igienica, oltre che non pratica. Non c’era la cassaforte all’interno della camera. Servizio non all’altezza di un 4 stelle: il secondo giorno, dopo aver fatto la stanza hanno lasciato gli asciugamani solo per una persona. Attenzione che se non mettere fuori il cartello con l’indicazione di fare la stanza, non la puliscono, ma questo quando si fa il check in non lo dicono. Pulizia scarsa, ci hanno lasciato un asciugamano sporco!! Colazione: molta roba salata, ma pochissima dolce. Non distantissimo dal centro storico, ma c’è di meglio. Inoltre, fuori dall’albergo c’è un centro commerciale, ma nient’altro. Se andate a mangiare nel centro commerciale consiglio il London Grill. Dall’aereoporto all’albergo con il taxi si paga 7/8 euro. I taxi fuori non li abbiamo trovaton(siamo arrivati alle 3,30 del mattino) vi consiglio di prenotarlo prima.

Domus Maria è un bel hotel situato proprio al passo della città antica. la posizione era perfetta. Le vicinanze per vedere letteralmente iniziarono al passo dell'hotel. Il 20-25 min di cammino verso il castello di collina, che era uno dei punti più lontani. Tra l'hotel e quel punto di interesse c'è un incredibile importo per vedere, quindi è stato un luogo perfetto da partire. Il bus da raggiungere e da raggiungere dall'aeroporto è a circa 1-2 minuti a piedi. Se hai bisogno di una stazione di autobus o di treni per tutta la tua permanenza per andare e vedere vista fuori città, sono anche due corti passi. L'unica cosa che può usare un upgrade o rinfresca è le lamiere. Le tute sono davvero sottili, la copertura del letto era un po' corsa (potete togliere questo dal letto, anche se è solo la parte decorativa, quindi non mi ha fatto effetto), e le mutandine erano un po' sottili e lucido. Le lenzuola stesse erano molto pulite, solo un po' vecchie sono tutte. In generale, questo non ha avuto un effetto negativo sul mio soggiorno e io resterei qui contro per certo. Bella proprietà, grande posizione e molto pulito.

I am just finishing a 3 night stay at the Moon Garden having travelled to Vilnius with my 5 year old son. The location of the hotel is great if you want easy access to the old town (which is absolutely lovely by the way). The hotel is clean and the rooms are very homely. The breakfast is a bit basic but totally fine and my son liked it. I liked the staff who work here, they were all really nice to my son and even leant him a sledge so he could have fun on the local snow covered hills. All in all i think it is a great value for money hotel in a good location. If i came back to Vilnius I would stay here. The only downside was there is no lift so if you are staying on the 4th floor there are a few flights of stairs to climb but that was fine for me and my son.

La colazione è anche deliziosa.La stanza è grande, la pressione dell'acqua nel momento non è problematica.Non c'è un po'di acqua nella stanza, ma non c'è problema, perché c'è un'acqua potabile vicino all'entrata. We stayed in room 209 and I can honestly say after reading reviews online that I was a little concerned about the hotel and I relayed that to the site I booked it with before our arrival. The positives are definitely its location and breakfast. It is 5 minutes from the bus and train stations. This is great because the airport runs regular direct services to and from the stations. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent variety of cold and hot food to cater for all tastes although we did find it amusing that they served cooked vegetables for breakfast. The room on the day of arrival did have the necessary provisions needed and it was tidy also. It is also near the Maxima stores and plenty of restaurants and bars. The negatives are definitely the heating not on. We arrived on the 17th of October and at that time of year there has to be heating on. Now they did provide a small heater to plug in but these heaters are so old that they must cost a fortune to use and some people can find that such heaters can make them feel stuffy. The rooms need soundproofing. The main road doesn't bother me but what bothers me is listening to other guests talking and one room in particular had a couple arguing with each other. The breakfast staff were friendly but the rest were not. Maybe the employers are hard to work for? The room wasn't cleaned the next day and we didn't notice any cleaners around that day either so there may be merit to the complaints about the condition of the rooms. There was no staff at reception after 8pm which again shows that this place takes shortcuts. Maybe this place is better suited in the Summer but definitely not in the Autumn or Winter.

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.

Il bellissimo hotel si trova nella città antica di Vilnius. E 'molto nuovo, quindi le attrezzature sono molto buone. Per soli 8 euro, può parcheggiare il proprio veicolo lì (in accordo con la reception). Il colazione era in ordine ma era ancora in grado di svilupparsi, per esempio mancava latte normale, e solo latte privo di lattosio che aveva un sapore acido. In tutto, è un bel hotel e lo consiglio a tutti per un soggiorno a Vilnius.
