Hotel lussuoso con fascino , palazzo storico centralissimo in zona pedonale , personale multilingue super, tanti sorrisi tanta qualità e tanti servizi. Camere super accessoriate,con letto comodo e cuscini comodissimi . Assolutamente top

Incredible! Ranks as high as any Waldorf, but 83 suites! First Class cuisine, tremendous staff! Don’t even think twice - and the spa…. Ahhhh, it compares well to any Finnish sauna (no extra charge). The front desk was on the ball— AC was on excellent- when in heat of August

Always come back to this beautiful hotel, but this time was something not good. We have booked most expensive Pacai suite, when we have arrived, staff told us that there will be wedding, so restaurant will be closed. We have booked all weekend from Friday to Sunday, it was summer time, and everything was closed, we could use only room service. Hotel had to warn us about that, but they didn't!!! They sent satisfaction survey during our stay, I mentioned about that, but they didn't care. After our stay, they sent another satisfaction survey, I have also mentioned that, but they ignored again. Also in our Pacai suite there was explanation that we have soundproof walls, and there was sound column, so we played it, on friday after 10 p.m. we had call that music is too loud, and another day when it was wedding in hotel area loud music was ok after 10 p.m.

Doesn’t feel like a 5 start hotel at all… from staff to food.. Seems like a front desk don’t know what they are doing or they just don’t care.. Staff needs to do more training on costumer services… wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who want to enjoy their holiday

I’m disappointed with the costumer services… the staff don’t even know what they are doing .. or they just lying straight away because it’s easier for them than to do their job and explain for a person that it’s not possible to exchange a card when you give a deposit with the other one… what is the point to lie??

We had a 3 night stay at Hotel Pacai in a 3rd floor room. The hotel is well-run; the location in the heart of the Old Town is convenient for tourism; the room was attractively decorated in a modern style, very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast served in the dining room, with patio seating in good weather was excellent. We had dinner one night in the bar when the dining room was closed due to a private event; the food was very good. My only complaint is that there was a DJ for this private party. Our room was above the bar and we heard the thumping sound of the bass that kept us awake until after midnight and we had to be up in the early morning.

Rooms were very comfortable; we had adjoining rooms with our teen children. The breakfast was outstanding! The location is perfect for an Old Town visit…easy walking just about anywhere. The service was also fantastic…great stay! Highly recommend.

This hotel, in a totally modernized beautiful old mansion in the heart of the Old City of Vilnius, is wonderfully located. The hotel staff, particularly Chris, is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The sound proofing is good, although as some have mentioned, blackout curtains would be nice in the months that the sun doesn't seem to set. The breakfast is ample and the servers do a good job of making sure that you have all that you need. A made to order menu is also included. Our only negative experience was with the dinner we had one night. The service was mediocre and not friendly. The food was mediocre, as well, and certainly not up to the standards that the rest of our experience here led us to believe we would have. We ate outdoors and it was quite loud.

A great experience at the Pacai. The building is beautifully designed and has all the amenities - we particularly liked the sauna/steam rooms and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast (the only F&B we tried) better than average. Tip: ask for a room that doesn’t front on the courtyard, the bar area there (nice as it is) can be a bit loud in the evening and we had to be moved. Only one complaint is a slight design flaw: the drapes in both rooms didn’t close all the way to either end of the wall and it kept the room quite light late. We tried to make it work but our fix was only average and it affected our sleep. It wouldn’t normally be an issue but at this latitude it’s late sunset and early sunrise so needs some attention.
