Very nice hotel in the centre of Vilnius. Warm comfortable rooms, refined decor which gives the impression of French elegance and sophistication - clearly the impression they want to give off. But for me, like the area of Vilnius it's in, it was all a little twee. Like walking onto a film set for a Victor Hugo novel. All looks nice, but underneath it's just a little... fake. The staff were exceptionally well-trained and very friendly. The breakfast was good - I ordered eggs benedict from the menu - maybe could have done without the cress, but was generally good. But it felt like I was having breakfast in a posh tea room. Sometimes, you just want that egg and bacon feel. The spa was rubbish frankly, the pool was tiny and cold and there is one sauna and you have to book it. We only stayed there for 20 minutes. It feels like it's been quickly added because the hotel feels it should have have a spa. But it's so disappointing that it does more damage than good. All in all, this is, in many ways, a hotel fit for a king, if that king was from Tenessee and sung rock and roll and wanted the impression of France in Lithuania. Does the hotel look and feel nice? Sure. But is this real Vilnius? Absolutely not. It was great for a romantic pre-Christmas trip with my wife and I would certainly stay again, but it's more for those who prefer the clinking of fine china over a pie and chips. 3.5

The hotel and service is fantastic and offers a very elegant feeling stay. Perfect location. The breakfast is amazing, bed comfortable, and staff extremely helpful. In particular, Maxsim (Max) was very helpful with tips about eating and drinking, and also very helpful upon my checkout, retrieving items I had forgotten and finding an area for me to get changed out of my suit. He is a credit to the hotel!

Sono stata tre notti e mi sono trovata davvero bene: camera con arredi classici ampia e pulita con due bagni, servizio impeccabile - abbiamo avuto problemi con il riscaldamento ma hanno risolto brillantemente e ci hanno perfino aggiustato la ruota della valigia! Anche la spa è molto bella e la posizione è la migliore della città, di fronte alla cattedrale. Se posso solo dare un consiglio - che comunque non compromette l'ottimo giudizio - a colazione darei più spazio alla parte dolce servita a buffet. Consiglitissimo, il miglior hotel della città!

We mistakenly booked for the wrong dates and turned up to Hotel Apia as per the booking. We called in distress. The staff especially Oraurelia and Alexesandras were beyond outstanding. Their care, helpfulness and attentiveness went really far! Parking can be a large issue as spaces are not always available and it can be difficult to find the parking. There is a barrier that you need to call them to get it opened (enter and exit) so if you don’t have a local sim, it can be difficult. The hotel I beautiful beyond words and the rooms are all different themes and super cute and quaint. The rooms do get very hot during the evening. Location is perfectly located.

There is nothing amazing about this hotel, nor is there anything thats worth complaining about that really ruins your overall stay. The checkin was busy when i arrived and it took about 20mins to actually check in, which was a little annoying, but we got there in the end. Only one staff member on the front counter didn't help. The rooms are VERY basic, more so Holiday Inn Express style, not the type of rooms i would expect from a Holiday Inn brand. The air-conditioning control in the room doesn't provide much flexibility on control, just a simple dial, which i doubt really even works, no fan control, so thats a little down side. Rooms are ok, carpet needs a good clean in the room i stayed in, but overall not to bad. Mini-bar is stocked, which is rare for hotels these days, but thats a small bonus if you want to spend on the bar items which is priced high, as per usual. Breakfast is basic, hot and cold food, coffee is good from the automated machine, but no barista on site. A fresh fruit juice machine would be good, always a good addition to breakfast buffet to be able to make fresh juice. I had dinner and lunch in the hotel twice, both meals, the soup, steak and chicken salad were really good! I would recommend this for a spot to eat, but of course, getting out of the hotel for food is always recomended. The front desk staff are nice, allowed me to check-out late due to a late flight, so that was handy and made the stay more pleasing. Gym is very small, so don't get your hopes up. It says there is a sauna, but i couldn't find it. There is a safe in the room, but its not bolted down to the floor or wardrobe! its loose, so someone can pick it up and take it home! Doesnt make sense, not ”Safe” at all ! The iron in the room is super cheap! I expect this type of iron from a motel type stay, no steam type, and its very hard to iron a work shirt! They should be replaced with a decent iron! Overall its OK, bed were OK, pillows OK, room was quiet and easy to sleep, so thats a good thing. Short walk into the main area of Old Town across the waterway, or you can grab a taxi, or even a scooter! Thanks for the stay, but i thought the brand of Holiday Inn would be slightly better than what i expect from the brand overall globally.

La posizione è conveniente, ma solo una porta è aperta ai visitatori, cioè è necessario ordinare un taxi chiaramente in anticipo, altrimenti andare a piedi. Incredibilmente veloce decorazione sul respiratorio, molto piacevole ragazze lavorano. La colazione è diversa, ma se qualcosa è finito, non è in fretta.Personalmente, non ho mai aspettato 40 minuti per la colazione. C'è una stanza di bagagli, chiusa sulla chiave, senza problemi si può lasciare le cose per un passo intorno alla città.

Spa e palestra chiusi ancora a causa covid. Non molto distante dal centro (devi spostarti comunque in macchina). Camere molto ampie, letto molto grande e molto comodo. Wifi funzionante alla perfezione, TV con canali solo Lituani e poco altro, Nulla di italiano. Bagno abbastanza grande e pulito. Non presente il bidet e doccia: solo una vasca con chiusura con telo di plastica (!!!) - potete immaginare l'allagamento al bagno ! Colazione scarsa nella parte dolce e frutta. Buona offerta per il salato ma il dolce era praticamente assente. Servizio ristorazione: buon menù, niente di che. Piatti semplici ma buoni Neo per il servizio: se arrivavi alle 19,30 (ristorante chiudeva alle 20), il signore al bancone inziava chiaramente a sbuffare e maledire chi arrivava. Per il resto abbastanza nella media. Un hotel dal quale mi aspettavo di più .

L'hotel e la camera stessa erano bellissimi, moderni, puliti, confortevoli e caldi. Il colazione era buona e il personale era gentile e utile. Abbiamo apprezzato il porridge del colazione molto e abbiamo trovato il cibo fresco e delizioso. Alcuni frutti freschi sarebbero un bel supplemento. L'hotel è molto più lontano dal centro di quanto pensassi. Il nostro sito di prenotazione elenca l'hotel come un passo dal centro, ma è stato 25-30 dalle aree che è più probabile visitare e ci sono colline, quindi si prega di fare questo o prendere Uber/Bolt auto che sono molto economiche. (Ci consideriamo camminatori rapidi) Ignorare la direzione del ”Centro storico” SIGNATURA AL VERSO LA PRINCIPALE ENTRATA che è stata posta in modo sbagliato e guida turisti insospettati nella direzione opposta verso dove vogliono andare. Nessuno ci ha avvertito di questo inizialmente. Questo non influenzerà la maggior parte dei visitatori, ma durante il nostro soggiorno l'hotel ospitava un torneo di dardo, che sono sicuro li porta ad un buon uso. Tuttavia, non tutti i partecipanti a questo evento erano molto considerati da altri ospiti stavamo al hotel e questo ha influenzato la nostra esperienza per il fine settimana che abbiamo soggiornato. Alcuni ospiti bevuti dalle squadre di dardo correvano e gridavano al nostro corridoio (terzo piano) dalla mezzanotte alle 5:00, abbassando le porte, e ridevano a voce alta. Questo rendeva molto difficile dormire. La mattina la sala colazione era abbondante e i piatti erano vuoti dai giocatori di dardo poco dopo che erano stati messi fuori. Una mattina, mettei il mio succo d’arancia, il mio cutter e i miei occhiali sul tavolo e mi prendei il colazione. Quando tornai, uno dei giocatori di dardo stava spostando le mie cose sul lato, così potevano prendere il mio posto. Questo mi ha fatto sentire come un secondo ospite prioritario. Ci sono stati molti tornei dardos che bevono in mente al bar dell'hotel (che è nella reception principale) a tutte le ore del giorno e a causa della decorazione dura e moderna, questo rendeva le aree comuni molto rumorose.

Il parcheggio è davanti all'hotel e nel giardino. Le camere sono OK, il bagno ha bisogno di rinnovazione, il mattone sul letto è vecchio e molto morbido si sente come dormire in un letto acquatico. Se avete una stanza con vista sul fondo dell'hotel, è terribile e il rumore dalla ventilazione dell'edificio opposto è alto come è il frigo nella stanza. Quando si vuole aprire la finestra, c'è una sedia che si deve salire su 😁😁 ma se si è troppo breve, si vuole avere un problema per raggiungere. La colazione non era niente di speciale, non molto da scegliere da .....Solo poche cose principali .....

We stayed in room 209 and I can honestly say after reading reviews online that I was a little concerned about the hotel and I relayed that to the site I booked it with before our arrival. The positives are definitely its location and breakfast. It is 5 minutes from the bus and train stations. This is great because the airport runs regular direct services to and from the stations. The breakfast was plentiful and there was a decent variety of cold and hot food to cater for all tastes although we did find it amusing that they served cooked vegetables for breakfast. The room on the day of arrival did have the necessary provisions needed and it was tidy also. It is also near the Maxima stores and plenty of restaurants and bars. The negatives are definitely the heating not on. We arrived on the 17th of October and at that time of year there has to be heating on. Now they did provide a small heater to plug in but these heaters are so old that they must cost a fortune to use and some people can find that such heaters can make them feel stuffy. The rooms need soundproofing. The main road doesn't bother me but what bothers me is listening to other guests talking and one room in particular had a couple arguing with each other. The breakfast staff were friendly but the rest were not. Maybe the employers are hard to work for? The room wasn't cleaned the next day and we didn't notice any cleaners around that day either so there may be merit to the complaints about the condition of the rooms. There was no staff at reception after 8pm which again shows that this place takes shortcuts. Maybe this place is better suited in the Summer but definitely not in the Autumn or Winter.

Bella piccola hotel vicino alla strada principale della prospettiva di Gediminas. Facile raggiungere la vecchia città e la zona è davvero bello. La stanza non è troppo spaziosa ma abbastanza buona. Mi piaceva un bagno molto grande con uno specchio bello e un asciugacapelli speciale per vestiti e asciugamani. Anche la colazione è buona.Il personale è gentile e utile.Prenoterò questo hotel di nuovo per il mio prossimo viaggio a Vilnius.

Hotel storico di Vilnius ma recentemente tirato a lucido, e devo dire con fatto ed intelligenza perché l'atmosfera e gli stili del passato si sono fusi perfettamente nel contesto attuale. Si trova su una delle vie principali della capitale, ad un tiro di schioppo dalle principali attrazioni cittadine. Appena si entra si ha una sensazione di estrema pulizia e ordine, molto gentile e disponibile il personale della reception. Camera non enorme ma pulitissima, con tutti i comfort, bagno spazioso con tutte le dotazioni che possono essere utili al viaggiatore di passaggio. Nonostante fossi al primo piano sul lato della strada principale, la buona insonorizzazione non ci ha fatto pervenire rumori troppo molesti dall'esterno. Gustosa anche la prima colazione (a partire dalle ore 8, un po' troppo tardi secondo me), unico neo forse (parlo da buon italiano) molto abbondante nella parte salata, un po' meno in quella dolce, ma all'estero soprattutto al nord ho visto di peggio. A mio giudizio, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

One of the best hotels that we stayed during our 2 weeks Europe tour We were here for 3 nights. 1) Receptionist was excellent. Ever smiling and helpful, she was understanding and cooperative. Our room had an AC problem- she immediately provided an alternative room. 2) Location- Great location just on the fringes of the old town. The walking distance to the Town hall was 5 minutes. 3) Comfort- Room was quite good size with all amenities except heating iron. Room was spanking new and very clean. Only one drinking water bottle was provided on the first night, it wasn’t replenished. Bedding was very comfortable. 4) We did not opt for the breakfast. We did not have any meals at the hotel. Room had Tea/ coffee making facility and provisions for tea and coffee. 5) Rooms and towels were cleaned only if requested by guests (by placing sign on door) 6) We had a wonderful time in Vilnius and our stay at Conti hotel was superb.
