Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base per un pernottamento notturno di ritorno verso l'Italia prenotando due camere. In una mancava il phon, c'era una sola presa non funzionante e un asciugamano ogni due persone. Nell'altra stanza mancava la carta igienica e dopo una certa ora alla reception non c'era più nessuno. Stanze talmente piccole da non riuscire ad aprire a terra la valigia. Pessima scelta tenuto conto che non è neppure economico.

I arrived at b&b hotel in Montluçon. I am discussed at my welcome. The receptionist refused to speak English and when I spelt my name her and her daughter laughed at me. I chose a hotel with English speakers. She also demanded my identity to be able to spell my name properly. Once she finally found the booking she gave me the code and room number. I asked where the room was located and again was looked at like I had 2 heads. I book plenty of times with booking com and am disgusted the way I have been treated.

We booked this hotel 15 minutes before we arrived as we were travelling the country. Upon arrival the receptionist insisted on taking payment before seeing the room. When we went to the room it absolutely smelt of smoke, as an asthmatic I asked for another room , this was the same. We asked for a refund but they wouldn't give us one.. booking .com found this acceptable. So stay away from this hotel especially if you are non smokers .

Hôtel très propre (même si le bâtiment est ancien), personnel accueillant, bien situé en ville mais très silencieux, literie confortable, petit déjeuner pour 9€ copieux et inépuisable, facile à trouver avec un GPS. Nombreux magasins à proximité.

Het hotel bevindt zich bij een commercieel centrum met diverse winkels, supermarkt en restaurants. Tevens op loopafstand (15 min) van het authentieke centrum. Prima bedden en nette badkamer. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Wij hadden verzocht of we eerder konden inchecken en dat was geen probleem. Via mail ontvingen wij de voordeur code en het kamernummer. Ontbijt hebben wij niet genomen, dus kunnen daar niets over melden. De airconditioning had wat ons betreft koeler gemogen, maar dat kon helaas niet of de bediening was defect. Met 35 graden buiten, vonden we 22 graden binnen, geen groot probleem.

Niveau nettoyage irréprochable. La chambres est bien climatisés. Une équipe au top et a l'écoute des clients. Niveau prix toute concurrence . Et a l'écart de la route. Pas de bruit dans l'hôtel. Lit confortable. Sans hésiter je referai. merci

Chambre très propre et confortable, prix correct, hôtel très bien situé, avec de nombreuses chaînes de magasins et restaurants à proximité, personnel très agréable et professionnel, insonorisation correcte, très large choix au petit déjeuner

Chambre 112 à petit prix. Bien rénové mais pas de couleur très gaie. Tv avec un grand écran Eau chaude et bonne pression Accueil agréable Nous n avons pas testé le petit déjeuner Le point négatif est la literie malgré le surmatelas, le matelas formait une cuvette. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix pour un centre ville.
