1. Nice hotel and good services 2. nice lounge sky bar 3. Breakfast delicious 4. There is karaoke place so nice and affordable price. 5. Even though that swimming pool can't to use but all view on the roof top so beautiful

Hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly, especially for Ka Pingkan she is very helpfull. Swimming pool is also clean and we are all happy to stay and spending the weekend at Pakons Prime. We are stay here for 3 nights and i can say that i surely will return here.

I come for staycation with husband. I'm in love with this hotel. The room super clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and dinner and good service by all the staff. Oh ga the hotel also have an ATM inside, which is very helpful when we need a cash.

The pool was very dirty. I dunno it's the help keeper do their stuff or not. There's lot of dead insects and hair in the water. I gave 1 of 5 stars to these. Very awful!

Hotel was really unclean. Sheets and linen was not replaced from prior stay. No towels provided and had to ask from staff who took ages to provide.. half used soap left in bathroom and it was clear it hasn’t been cleaned properly. Also kept us waiting for more than 1hr for the rooms to be ready. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Avoid!!!

Family trip, 2 rooms (507, 508) Dec 2023. Rooms spaceous, bigger than expected, clean. Bed and bath linnen clean, no stains. Barhroom nice, full ammenities (even a razor). Good water presure, and really hot water quickly. Good restaurant, extensive breakfas with many chices. Rooftop lounge with view over river and airport in the distance. Only issue: airconditioning in 1 room was not cooling enough.

Very nice & comfortable service given by staff at this hotel. I've requested welcome card for my room cause i had a wedding, and i no wonder they also put the art of towel on my bed, what an excellent kind of service and really appreciate it. Thanks for mba mayang as receptionist who handled my reservation and notes my request, one of humblest and nice person i ever meet. Also thanks to housekeeper who prepared my room so nice. I'll come back in the next staycation.
