房間就是10年前的裝修了，該更新設施了，但酒店前台還是很重視客人的入住體驗，入住時有一晚隔壁房的12點還在大聲喧嘩，就直接打給前台投訴，後面半小時內隔壁房消停，後來前台主動問起此事有沒有影響入住體驗，衹能説沒有是假的，衹是他們前台對過分的事情零容忍，主動制止解決問題的實操點贊。

酒店的位置很棒

不過整體.符合五星標準

al centro della città, trattamento super, camere perfette, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile esperienza da ripetere non appena ne avrò l’occasione abbiamo utilizzato anche la spa, che ha risposto pienamente alle nostre aspettative

In pieno centro di Vienna, adiacente alla via delle grandi firme per lo shopping a due passi dal Duomo e dalla reggia degli Asburgo il Park Hyatt Hotel può essereannoverato come un hotel altamente di classe. Essendo un membro del World Hyatt programm ho potuto godermi le due notti programmate in una magnifica suite con tutti i confort. La colazione servita in una location lussuosa è assolutamente piacevole per ogni palato. Personale altamente qualificato e disponibile

Posto incantevole. Ex banca nazionale. Struttura importante in centro dietro l'angolo dell'alta moda. Location circondata da locali dove mangiare e bere. Facilmente raggiungibile. Servizio impeccabile ed di una classe incredibile. Il ristorante, nonché sala della colazione è sfarzosa e stupenda . La spa, perfetta e le camere meravigliose Sicuramente ci ritornerei!

The hotel is overall excellent—with beautifully appointed rooms, a gorgeous spa, friendly service, and a quality breakfast. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. As a Globalist member staying at a Park Hyatt, I was surprised that there was no welcome amenity—not even a letter in the room. This was the first time I’ve encountered this at any Park Hyatt property. 2. As a Globalist redeeming points for a free stay, I was unexpectedly presented with a bill by the valet while retrieving my car—after I had already checked out and settled my account. The concierge explained it was due to my car being parked for over 24 hours, but I found this frustrating for two reasons: first, parking should be complimentary for Globalists on award stays; and second, any extra charges should be disclosed at check-in, not introduced post-checkout. While the front desk manager graciously waived the charge, it left a disappointing final impression.

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Vienna was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was impeccable, every staff member we encounter was professional, warm and genuine helpful. The hotel itself is stunning with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for both comfort and elegance. The concierge team went above and beyond to assist us with recommendations and reservations, always making us feel like valued guests. Special mention goes to the bar staff, service was truly amazing. This is luxury hospitality at its finest. The Park Hyatt Vienna is the kind of place you look forward to returning to, and we can’t wait to go back _

Just finished our annual March residence at Park Hyatt Vienna. We stayed 15 nights in one of their elegant Park Suites. It’s still our favorite PH property with exceptional Globalist care. The staff is second to none! We were greeted by the GM, and presented with two cakes and numerous small gifts to celebrate our birthdays along the way. Guest services even treated us to afternoon tea. The property is very convenient for walking to concert halls, opera, and major museums. Plus, we used the spa every day. This was our third visit and we are already planning our 2026 return!

The Park Hyatt Vienna was simply fabulous! Everything was top notch. From the door men who took our bags, to the check-in personnel, to the concierge. I'm so sorry I didn't get the name of the concierge who helped me every single morning. This was our first visit to Vienna and every morning he would highlight a map of the city with suggestions on what to see and where to go and drawing out walking paths for my husband and me. He gave us great suggestions and couldn't have been more helpful. The location of the Park Hyatt can't be beat. It's in the heart of the city and walking distance to almost everything you would want to see and do. The breakfast buffet was good but I wouldn't call it fantastic. The buffet at the Hyatt du Louvre in Paris was much better. We also had a service issue on Sunday. For some reason, we just couldn't get served. They wouldn't even look at us. Our coffee didn't arrive until after we had eaten. It was bizzare. But service was great all other mornings so I will just chalk that up to a miss/bad day. If I had to be really, really nitpicky - I would say I didn't like the products in the bathroom. The soaps, shampoos, conditioner were not great. I would have far preferred L'Occitane products. But again, I'm nitpicking. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The rooms are stunning and spacious. The linens, beds, towels were luxurious. The service was excellent. The rooms themselves were over-the-top beautiful.
