Iconico hotel, ex residenza nobiliare nel cuore di Vienna. Ambienti dal fascino retrò che trasudano storia, fasto, potere. Soggiornare in questo hotel è vivere un’esperienza da protagonista del passato imperiale di questa grandiosa città. Suite imperiale magnifica, ricchi decori alle pareti, spazi enormi e letto comodissimo. Tuttavia, sembra paradossale, ma avevo la sensazione che mancasse qualcosa (dei fiori, qualche oggetto): a parte la bellezza delle pareti e dei mobili, la suite mancava di personalità. Bellissimo bar con musica al pianoforte dal vivo, in cui gustare un drink in ambienti eleganti ed allo stesso tempo intimi. Ottima la colazione (eccellenti le uova, in ogni versione) ed ottimo il servizio. Mi sarei aspettato un turn-down service adeguato alla tipologia di struttura ed al brand cui appartiene (in realtà non è stato proprio fatto), ma, dopo aver fatto presente il nostro disappunto, abbiamo ricevuto le scuse dal manager, che ha attribuito il disservizio alle loro regole anti covid. In ogni caso lo staff è stato attento e sempre molto gentile.

Questo è un hotel straordinario e meraviglioso. La posizione non poteva essere migliore, proprio vicino alla Opera House nel centro di Vienna. Puoi camminare per la maggior parte di tutto o ci sono grandi linee tram e Metro proprio fuori dalla porta. L'hotel è classico e lussuoso con il fascino del mondo antico, come essere in un bel museo. E le camere, senza dubbio questa è la più bella camera che abbia mai avuto. La zona è stata spaziosa e confortevole con mobili classici, letti squisiti e lussuosi bagni di bagno. Ma la parte migliore di questo hotel è il personale. Veramente caldo e utile servizio da tutti noi incontrati. Da quando siamo arrivati fino al momento in cui siamo usciti, siamo stati fatti sentire benvenuti e apprezzati: il concierge, il personale del ristorante, il dipartimento frontale, la custodia di casa; nessuno avrebbe potuto essere più bello, più utile, più accogliente. Il colazione era eccellente con il toccamento di coroa come un accoppiamento di miele con miele fresco dalla loro stessa apicca sul tetto dell'hotel. Non posso solo aspettare di tornare. Fate un favore e scegliere l'Hotel Bristol quando a Vienna. Non sarete delusi.

Innanzitutto non è un grand hotel ma una boutique house, le dimensioni delle camere pubblicizzate sul sito dell'hotel non corrispondono alla realtà, ho prenotato una camera extra large di 25 mq, ne ho ricevuta una di 12 mq, su richiesta e per molto tempo, dopo spiacevoli discussioni, mi è stata assegnata una stanza di circa 18 m² al primo piano con finestre sul cortile del ristorante adiacente. Al mattino le finestre dovevano essere chiuse, soprattutto perché al piano di sotto c'era molto rumore. viene pulito quotidianamente e ci sono ragnatele agli angoli delle pareti. Tuttavia, non è stato pulito, i materassi del letto sono buoni, la posizione è perfetta per le gite in città, ci sono molti punti di ristoro intorno all'hotel.

You have to try pretty hard to have a bad time at the Ritz-Carlton. Our quick 48 hours in Vienna was highlighted by our stay here. Close to all the cultural attractions, a staff trained on and delivering anticipatory service, well appointed modern rooms. There's a reason why this is an iconic brand. Ritz-Carlton still delivers a very high level of service. Not just great service, but an opportunity to turn your brain off while traveling, and know they will think of things you need, before you ask. Warm, genuine, it is so refreshing, and to be pampered in this great contemporary styled hotel. From arrival to departure, your every need will be taken care of. Food and drink was also top notch. When when we were debating about leaving early for the airport and utilize a sky lounge, the doorman quickly suggested we visit the hotel's rooftop for drink. So glad he did, as we were treated to awe inspiring views of Vienna, while soaking in the final moments before returning to reality. The only downside was we wanted to take in a show of some sort. We were offered several by the concierge. However, one was two blocks from the hotel, so we opted for it. Not what we expected. The venue was disappointing, the hooked on the classics program was more suited to a Disney crowd- which was most of the audience. Not being arrogant, love a good Disney show, but was looking for something more traditional. Once we gave our feedback to the concierge, there was an immediate apology and amends made. Quintessential Ritz-Carlton making it right, even when they (or the guest) get it wrong. YES I al and always be a Ritz Carlton kind a guy, no matter where I go.

L'hotel è in una buona è posizione. Vicino alla fermata della linea S7 che parte dall'aeroporto, praticamente accanto al Belvedere, assolutamente da visitare! Nelle immediate vicinanze dell'hotel c'è anche un buon pub/birrificio dove mangiare cucina tipica e bere una buona birra, oltre ad un piccolo supermercato ”Billa”. Davanti all'hotel passa la linea 71 del tram che vi conurrà (ogni 7 minuti) al centro per poi procedere nelle direzioni desiderate agevolmente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza di medie dimensioni, comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Ottima la colazione sia docle che salata, apprezzati soprattutto le preparazioni biologiche come il miele e le confetture, oltre ad uno spremiagrumi dal quale prepararsi sane spremute.

Wow!! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a superior suite. We had an incredible view of the city and Belvedere palace. Even if we had not been upgraded, our stay would have been wonderful!! The hotel is beautiful. The wellness facility is great. We used the sauna several times during our stay. The hotel had a variety of snacks and beverages available in the lobby. The workers at the front desk were delightful! They were incredibly helpful, kind, and hospitable. Our bed was two twins pushed together which did not bother us. Our room had many big windows which let in lots of natural light. The location worked well for us. I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We were so saddened that we had to leave! I highly, highly recommend.

La posizione geografica è estremamente eccellente. La porta è una stazione di metropolitana su due linee, la National Opera è lontana da me, e altri classici centrali sono anche all'interno della gamma di passi (il palazzo di Meiji deve prendere la metropolitana). La stanza è nel piano superiore, le strutture sono un po'vecchie, specialmente l'ascensore è molto piccolo, il cavo può ospitare quattro persone contemporaneamente, o aprire la porta. L'aula ha un riposo, caffè, l'acqua di Lin è citabile in qualsiasi momento, e il personale di servizio è educato. Ci sono due punti di sfioramento: uno è il vetro di sfioramento del pavimento e rotto una volta; l'altro è il lavabo al piano inferiore, un po'scioccante quando nessuno è.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole! Anche se ci siamo confusi per come la nostra stanza poteva vedere la casa dell'opera. Era rumoroso come dovevamo aprire la finestra (nessuna aria condizionata). Il cubico di doccia era grande e decente per il prezzo. La posizione era perfetta per arrivare al mattino presto. Ci siamo trasferiti 6 notti, confortevolmente. Speravo che l'hotel offrisse una caldaia nella stanza, o fornisse microonde al lobby per il cibo caldo alla sera tardi. Grazie.

Location - amazing, right next to the central attractions and walking distance to train station, which brings you to airport in 16 or 20+ minutes, depending on the train you choose. Room warm, not too big, but enough space for short stay. Bed comfortable, there is option to change your pillow on request, but for me existing one was good enough. Shower - good pressure, water hot, small bath, fluffy towels, no shampoo, shower gel and body lotion (quickly absorbing) available. Breakfast - eggs on request, small buffet, but great quality and plenty items to choose from. Sparkling wine available as well. One type of pastry, one cake. Everything very fresh. Staff polite and happy to help with demands. Overall very positive experience, would recommend this hotel.

This was a much more modern, clean and sophisticated hotel than I was expecting and I’d highly recommend. On arrival the member of staff was helpful and the lobby space is very impressive with lots to admire. The gold lifts with old traditional number indicators are fantastic! I had a corner room which was configured for single occupancy. The corner location resulted in the space being a bit of an odd size and shape but it was very modern, clean and comfortable for a short stay. The lighting throughout was good, decent charging sockets next to the bed and there was no noise from outside or other rooms. The decor was really nice and goes well with the theme of the hotel. The bathroom was a small space and unfortunately the shower leaked over the floor, but it was as modern as everywhere else and the toiletries was really nice. The restaurant in the hotel is very high-end and unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to try it during my short stay, but there are plenty of other more casual places in the area. There is a bar in the lobby but it feels more like a cafe and isn’t the cosiest to end the day with a drink in. Overall for the price this was an impressive hotel in a good central location, walkable to all the main sights, and if you prefer modern then it should be on your short list.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza di soggiorno a Das Triest. Mi sono presentato presto al 8AM e sono stato autorizzato a check-in senza problemi. L'hotel stesso è eccezionalmente bello con un meraviglioso personale per aiutarti. La stazione ferroviaria Karlsplatz è a pochi passi dalla strada e facile da raggiungere dove vuoi a Vienna. Il buffet del colazione è stato anche un'incredibile perk che non mi aspettavo. Ci sono stati tutti i tipi di cibo per un grande inizio alla giornata. La camera disponeva di una macchina Nespresso e di un letto confortevole.
