Buona attenzione e strutture, tuttavia l'aria condizionata non funzionava e la macchina non rimase nelle strutture.

L'hotel è super pulito, moderno, ben situato, il personale molto amabile e dispone di auto. Il male è che la piscina era vuota e sul suo sito non c'era un annuncio che avverta questo e per noi il pool era decisivo quando abbiamo scelto un hotel, quindi questa situazione ci ha delusi. Per il resto, mi consiglierei solo di prendere dolcificanti con le infusioni e di farle meno zuccherare i succhi.

Uno dei peggiori hotel che ho soggiornato per anni di viaggio in aereo. La brutalità dei dipendenti a un servizio insufficiente nel personale del ristorante pomeriggio letteralmente 1.2 ore in attesa di un sandwich la prima notte ci siamo rimasti solo per essere detto in una sala da pranzo con 12 persone che era molto occupato e sarebbe 1/2 più ore per un sandwich. Abbiamo deciso di rimanere il nostro piano di 4 giorni originale per dare una possibilità ma dopo una sedia rotta nella nostra stanza che la gamba appena scontrato non da abusi ma solo seduto a sedere a essere caricato 200 sole con negoziazione troppo stasera il server del ristorante dopo 45 minuti continuare a dirci che non abbiamo mai ordinato il nostro cibo andare figura questo posto richiede lezioni di servizio al cliente Non ho mai avuto questo tipo di servizio in nessun altro posto e ho soggiornato in altri Ibis a Miaflores e Spagna ma non ho mai avuto questo tipo di servizio di questioni e di aggiungere l'applicazione delle imposte è la discrezione del ufficio agente che non rimarremo in questo hotel.

Our stay at Tierra Viva was fantastic. We had spent a night in another hotel and were so disappointed that we panicked and went straight to *********** to find an alternative. Luckily we saw the insanely great pricing and modern look of T.V. and booked a room. And wow! What a difference! The staff was super easy and nice. No bugs! Air conditioning! A super nice bathroom! We had a room on the 9th floor with a fantastic view of the ocean and city. Wifi? Included! Breakfast? Included!! Free good coffee 24/7? Included!!! Fantastic breakfast? Included!!!! Even the sodas and beers in the mini fridge???? Included!!!! We stayed two nights and really should’ve stayed for three. That’s 6 free beers, 12 free inka colas, 6 free coca colas, breakfast, wifi, and even a gift of a pisco sour per person! We come to Trujillo once or twice a year to visit family, and I can say with absolute certainty that we will be staying here again - every time!

Casa Andina Standard Plaza, is not standard at all. Everybody is friendly and willing to serve at any moment. The place is clean and comfortable but most important it is an amazing place to stay; highly recommended bur business and family travel. Also, their location is super safe, and walking around the plaza with all the restaurants and places to visit is at walking distance. Thank you casa Andina
