Hotel a Vernon, Canada

Comment/complaint/suggestions as a copy and paste I sent to BW head office... I caught wind that there was a hot tub here so I was enthusiastic to use it for my sore back and the timer knob for the jets got busted somehow from some other guest perhaps and not fixed if it happened yesterday? Or day before? Or longer? I addressed this right away to the front staff and this assistant manager guy to see if it could be fixed for later use and no, not even touched when I checked back much later on and nothing was even said back to me on it originally. In fact I had to go back to desk and show this assistant manager guy back in pool area what I was meaning and talking about to get the jets going! Should really be obvious, yes? Is frustrating when this happens and to try and explain to a fail on easy communication. If this happened before today at our check in time at 4 pm, why was not someone on it and not alerted? This makes no sense to me. Would have been nice then to have a bath tub in room to soak a bit and there is just a shower in room. And at that, the door does not close enough and water gets all over the floor. Wasted a towel to mop it al up! No free waters offered at check in too like other locations, I am a regular gold member. All other BW locations are on it. The cooling system for room is not working and stays at 75 degrees and have tried and tried to set it right and not rocket science typically to do so and did not feel like calling down after other fails! I give this stay a fail grade and even though there is a nice size fridge and a large high def tv. May 1/23 stay.

Il giorno in cui viviamo, l'intero hotel è appena rotto, in modo da evitare che noi vengano al negozio per pagare una parte delle spese, come compensazione, intimamente.

I was a little disappointed that my IHG platinum status didn’t get me any recognition here, no room upgrade or acknowledgment from the staff. The room was small but functional and they used the excuse of COVID to avoid cleaning the room (a particular annoyance to me as they don’t reduce the price to compensate). Breakfast on day one was good, plenty to eat. Day 2 we turned up ten minutes before the end and everything was done already. When asking the waitress she was not fussed and simply said “finished” and walked off!!! It took going to reception and them chatting to the manager to get anything; so was grateful for their support. The waitress then had a go at me for telling reception!!! I’m not her mate but a paying customer a fact that appeared to have escaped her!! Also on checking into a family room we didn’t have enough towels! Also no water in the fridge, I’m told this is peculiar to Canadian Holiday Inn!! In summary it was an OK stay. Just OK. I use IHG and Holiday Inn a lot, so I was disappointed all in all. So it was o

La stanza che abbiamo avuto non era pulita ma non sporca. Potresti dire che era pulita in fretta. Siamo stati messi sul quarto piano e gli ascensori hanno smesso di lavorare. Non ci sono stati offerti sconti. Rimango in hotel 40+ notti all'anno e non ho mai avuto il seguente problema. Uso medico ********, lo uso da anni. L'ho sempre portato nelle mie camere, ma non fumo mai dentro (non fumo nemmeno nella mia casa) quando abbiamo controllato il desk lady ha controllato la nostra camera. Ha detto che avrebbe dovuto tenere un costo di pulizia di 250 dollari perché puzzava **********. Le ho detto che non l'ho mai fumato in camera, e l'ho fatto prima di andarmene, cosi' ha profumato. Mi ha detto che aveva un'allergia, quindi avrebbe tenuto un deposito di 250 dollari. Le ho detto che sono allergica al profumo e che il lobby ha un odore molto forte. Non si è preoccupata e hanno conservato i miei soldi. Ho esaminato le politiche dell'hotel e non c'era alcuna politica per l'odore in camera, solo una politica per il fumo che ho seguito. Ho contattato il capo distretto per posta elettronica e non hanno mai risposto. Non mi sono mai sentito come un pezzo di borsa. La donna mi ha fatto sentire come un piccolo grumigliolo. Questa è una droga di prescrizione che ho usato per anni senza alcun problema in un altro hotel. Quando sono andato a leggi le recensioni su Facebook degli hotel, sembra che molti clienti si sentano come se fossero stati insulti da questo hotel per vari motivi. Mentre parlava con la signora del divano frontale, lei anche lasciava che scivolasse che (dovremo lavare il letto ora per colpa sua) ..... così mi ha indicato che non normalmente puliscono/lavano il letto. Non faccio molto soldi, ho appena comprato una casa e ho una piccola famiglia a partire. 250$ non sembra molto, ma dopo l'importo di soldi che ho speso in un bel weekend di famiglia per la mia famiglia 250$ fa molto male. Fate attenzione a prenotare qui. Sembra che siano un po' disonesti.

Camere familiari confortevoli e belle. Facilità tranquilla con una bella piscina per il raffreddamento. Raccomanderò questo hotel per coloro che hanno bisogno di un posto fresco. All'esterno potrebbe sembrare senza rilievo, ma le camere erano molto belle e pulite all'interno.

Quando prenota la tua stanza, fai attenzione a che questo hotel non accetti carte di debito o contanti,ha anche un ristorante che non è aperto, non menzionano che,il personale pomeriggio non ha idea di come il servizio clienti dovrebbe essere, Invece di darti un po'di tempo per entrare nella tua stanza prenotata, il signore del turno notturno è stato la migliore esperienza e ha capito la sua dolore di testa quando si prenota. Quello che ottiene non è quello che paga, la prossima volta che stiamo soggiornando all'hotel 6 dove ottiene quello che paga e non ha mal di testa su come paga, e non dà un deposito in contanti per la tua stanza 900.00.

Bella , buona per caro e pulita senza più. Lobby bloccato al nostro arrivo, si deve chiamare la persona responsabile. Non la fine del mondo, ma buona. Abbiamo potuto scegliere tra il 1 e 2 ieme piano. È stato bello. Parcheggio diretto davanti alla porta 👍🏻. Il sito dice colazione incluso. Dimenticalo. 3-4 tratti di pane, un tostapane e 3-4 yogurt e cereali. Da parte della stanza è ”spazioso” per il prezzo. Relativamente pulito. In sintesi, siete di passaggio dalla regione , si vuole pagare un piccolo prezzo e il pranzo non è importante. È un posto da considerare. Perché solo 3 su 5. È la nota di passaggio e mi dispiace non aver scelto questo hotel. In base al prezzo, potrebbe essere una su cinque.
