Hotel vicini a New England Civil War Museum a Vernon

The only reason I put 1 star was because there wasn't a zero star option. My Wife and I stayed 1 night here just to rest our heads for the night, while we were on the way to Maine for work. We had just laid our head down at 3am and all of a sudden there's screaming and human growling and items being thrown coming from the man across the hall from our room. it sounded like appliances being thrown at the door and walls. We were scared, not gonna lie, of the clearly mentally unstable and aggressive person across the hall. We called the front desk from our room to see if the kid working up front could get him to stop or call the police. IT WAS THAT BAD!!! The Kid at the front didn't want to do anything and then stated, ”he is in his room that he paid for, I cant do anything about what he's doing in there.” Even though THEIR MOTEL ROOM WAS BEING DESTROYED!!!! We requested to move rooms if he wasn't going to do anything about it. He changed our room, after he urged that our last room was the very last room available for that night. So we thought it was odd immediately when a room just suddenly became available. So when we wake up today, the same motel is trying to charge my card $500 it was declined. Then another attempt of $400. We called the Motel and said it was a mistake. our room was only $91.99 not $500 and not $400. The Manager then said that we were in the room that got destroyed and I told him that we were in the room across the hall and I have the receipt to prove it. He then started calling My wife ”a F******g B**** and that he's going to get his money for his motel damages because we demolished the room.” I called Corporate to file a claim and dispute, and the associate even saw in their system that the SLIMEY WORKERS at this Motel 6 Changed our room number after we checked out of our room. HE CHANGED OUR ROOM NUMBER TO THE DEMOLISHED ROOM NUMBER AFTER WE CHECKED OUT!!!!!!!!!! So they are in the process of getting it disputed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. IF YOU DO STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOU PAY CASH OR ELSE THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NEED TO STAY HERE. THE POLICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS A ”CIVIL MATTER”

Un buon posto per noi, pulito e un buon servizio.

Ottimo hotel, specialmente quando il giorno precedente è stato maltrattato, la colazione è anche possibile, l'atteggiamento di servizio è particolarmente buono, e non ha bisogno di deposito, e il soggiorno è molto conveniente per lasciare il negozio!

Homewood Suites in Glastonbury was great! Clean rooms, hot showers, comfortable bed and a great location for us to visit our families. The staff working at this hotel were friendly and welcoming. 5 Stars for this hotel.

Qualche pro e cons Spacious Room (soddisfatto in una suite doppia con divano di tiro fuori). Personale amichevole. Buon colazione. In generale, struttura e camera erano molto pulite. Buono valore per il costo. L'impianto si sentiva sicuro. La sicurezza passò lentamente attraverso il parcheggio ogni fila di notte (due volte che ho visto). Tuttavia, la piscina era disgustosa. L’acqua era diluita al punto che non si poteva vedere il passo inferiore. Ci sono stati diversi pezzi di capelli che galleggiavano nella piscina e un bacino. (Grande bum, perché abbiamo viaggiato con i bambini in un luogo specificamente con una piscina.) La stanza stessa era grande, ma aveva un odore di meraviglia, e non c'era modo di farla uscire da nessuna finestra aperta. L'odore era abbastanza forte da svegliarmi poche volte a metà della notte. Had an early morning flight, so family dropped me off the night before. Right off, I was treated well by the desk clerk (Shareena?), who was funny and warm. I was also treated well by the morning clerk and the driver to the airport (wish I knew their names!). The driver said a tip wasn't necessary (he was so humble), but I insisted. Being treated like I am special is so important, sometimes more important than the place itself. My king-sized bedroom was spacious and I had a view of lots of greenery from my window. I appreciated the low, wide shelf (as part of the TV/refrigerator/bureau) for laying my suitcase on. Most hotels do not have this in my experience (I go to at least 6 hotels per year). No more laying it on the floor, a flimsy luggage rack or on the shelf under the TV! I also liked the side table which could easily slide over the sofa so I could eat. The breakfast was what you would expect from these types of hotels (I stay at all types of Hilton properties as well as some of their competitors), which is fine. The dining area is spacious.
