Ho prenotato una stanza. Sono arrivato in camera circa 830pm. È alle 3:00. Apri la TV e hai una schermata rosa. Ho provato a girarla qualche volta. Niente. Quindi chiamo il desktop e il ragazzo dice che sta bene. Egli arriva alla stanza cerca di risolverla, ma non poteva, poi mi dispiace, ma la TV e il Cable non funzionano oggi. Quindi ho risposto bene che non è accettabile. Abbiamo bisogno di una stanza diversa o di un rimborso. Non mi dice nessun altro posto disponibile. Sono stati venduti fuori. E'tornato in piedi e una ragazza mi chiama la stanza n mi dice la stessa cosa su come funziona la dozena di cavi. Ho risposto, quindi non controllate le vostre stanze prima che l'ospite si presenti. Mi dà letteralmente un atteggiamento e dice bene che controlliamo le stanze ma il giorno prima. Dice anche che ha funzionato ieri così idk. Ho risposto che non è accettabile di nuovo lei risponde bene idk cosa dirvi. Non possiamo risolverlo e non c'è nessun manager qui. Ti chiamo se un manager mi chiama e mi pone. Vado a scendere e dico: ”E'molto brutto e non professionale”. Lei dice che ti ho detto che non funzionava idk cosa dirti. Puoi solo controllare e rimborsarti se il mio manager dice che va bene. Poi si continua a dire che ora può lasciare la proprietà o è malato dover chiamare la polizia e avervi scortato. Poi lascia il desk e dice che non darò a un s*** quello che fate, ma dovete andare. Non ho mai avuto un trattamento così rotto e parlato così qualsiasi hotel che abbia mai soggiornato. Non consiglio davvero di rimanere qui a meno che non sia pronto a prestare servizio ai clienti poveri e maltrattato.

Ottimo hotel, specialmente quando il giorno precedente è stato maltrattato, la colazione è anche possibile, l'atteggiamento di servizio è particolarmente buono, e non ha bisogno di deposito, e il soggiorno è molto conveniente per lasciare il negozio!

The only reason I put 1 star was because there wasn't a zero star option. My Wife and I stayed 1 night here just to rest our heads for the night, while we were on the way to Maine for work. We had just laid our head down at 3am and all of a sudden there's screaming and human growling and items being thrown coming from the man across the hall from our room. it sounded like appliances being thrown at the door and walls. We were scared, not gonna lie, of the clearly mentally unstable and aggressive person across the hall. We called the front desk from our room to see if the kid working up front could get him to stop or call the police. IT WAS THAT BAD!!! The Kid at the front didn't want to do anything and then stated, ”he is in his room that he paid for, I cant do anything about what he's doing in there.” Even though THEIR MOTEL ROOM WAS BEING DESTROYED!!!! We requested to move rooms if he wasn't going to do anything about it. He changed our room, after he urged that our last room was the very last room available for that night. So we thought it was odd immediately when a room just suddenly became available. So when we wake up today, the same motel is trying to charge my card $500 it was declined. Then another attempt of $400. We called the Motel and said it was a mistake. our room was only $91.99 not $500 and not $400. The Manager then said that we were in the room that got destroyed and I told him that we were in the room across the hall and I have the receipt to prove it. He then started calling My wife ”a F******g B**** and that he's going to get his money for his motel damages because we demolished the room.” I called Corporate to file a claim and dispute, and the associate even saw in their system that the SLIMEY WORKERS at this Motel 6 Changed our room number after we checked out of our room. HE CHANGED OUR ROOM NUMBER TO THE DEMOLISHED ROOM NUMBER AFTER WE CHECKED OUT!!!!!!!!!! So they are in the process of getting it disputed. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. IF YOU DO STAY HERE, MAKE SURE YOU PAY CASH OR ELSE THEY WILL WRONGFULLY CHARGE YOUR CARD IF YOU DO NEED TO STAY HERE. THE POLICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS A ”CIVIL MATTER”

Esperienza assolutamente miserabile. Sono arrivato tardi un domenica. Wifi e TV erano sbagliati. Non molto, ma annoiante comunque. La nostra stanza aveva una grande luce luminosa dal parcheggio brillante attraverso la finestra tutta la notte con cortina che non si chiuderebbero completamente. La piscina è stata chiusa per manutenzione quando siamo entrati e la maggior parte di lunedì. né le questioni TV/Wifi né la piscina sono state notate sul sito web. La TV e il wifi sono stati chiesti al di fuori del dipartimento lunedì mattina e sono stati dati un'ottima ”la TV di nessuno funziona”. Mi dispiace essere sempre chiesto, ma ancora. Lunedi mattina abbiamo notato che ogni cinque minuti o così il frigo lo farà Dio è stato un orribile alto schermo. Era uno di quegli unghi su un tipo di calcolatore che è come doloroso fisicamente. Andate al divano front per ottenere una nuova stanza, che hanno fornito, e gettarono in un gruppo di atteggiamento libero e rulli oculari! Ho trovato nuove chiavi, ho cambiato le stanze e le nuove chiavi non funzionavano. Ho chiamato il desktop davanti e ho detto che non potevano mandare qualcuno, quindi dovevamo andare a prendere nuove chiavi. Ne avevamo bisogno di tre che abbiamo finito di ottenere, ma non senza più atteggiamento. Non c'è crema per il caffè nel lobby. Non c'è caffè nel lobby la maggior parte del tempo. Il desk front aveva un segno che dicevano che erano andati a aiutare un ospite più spesso che no. Wifi ha lavorato a tempo pieno di lunedì, ma la TV era giù fino a martedì sera. Da quello che mi ha detto un altro ospite, era stato abbattuto dal sabato. Viaggio molto e soggiorno presso Marriott quasi esclusivamente, ma dopo questo soggiorno probabilmente non ritornerò ad un'altra proprietà Marriott.

Appena sono arrivati all'hotel, pensavo di andare al posto sbagliato, e sono entrati per sapere che l'elettricità è stata fermata.Non c'è alcuna misura sul recepimento, c'è un buio dentro, la stanza non ha luce d'emergenza, nemmeno acqua calda.Così si è riunito tutta la notte, non c'è compensazione davvero troppo pessima!La posizione è lontana.
