Bellissima location con meravigliosi addobbi natalizi. Stanza bella e nuova e molto pulita. Si nota la differenza tra le stanze nel palazzo principale storico e le altre. La spa è composta solo dalla sauna. Ottima posizione e colaIone buonissima

Esperienza meravigliosa. Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione ma anche comoda al centro con una camminata di 20 min. Mentre è a 10 min da cannareggio. Tanti ristoranti e bancari ottimi a 5 min. Camere meravigliose e pulite! Colazione eccezionale! Personale squisito! Vale il prezzo! Ci torneremo!

L'hotel è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e c'è un molo nelle vicinanze. È anche molto comodo raggiungere a piedi varie attrazioni. L'hotel ha una forte atmosfera letteraria e la colazione è squisita e deliziosa. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per tre notti consecutive. È altamente consigliato

La stazione ferroviaria non è lontana ed è raggiungibile a piedi. Anche l'ambiente è gradevole e c'è un molo proprio fuori dalla porta. Ma la categoria colazione è davvero troppo piccola

Molto buono, molto nuovo, bellissimo, tutti i tipi di servizi sono buoni, anche la colazione è buona, Venezia è il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo, e c'è una camera tripla con un divano letto, noi due siamo molto benestanti

Facilities: The hotel is very good, but the rooms are relatively small. The front desk has upgraded the river view suite, which is very good. Hygiene: The hygiene is very good, the service is also good, and the breakfast is good in the morning.

We had a great time staying here. The hotel is very close to the train station but not too far from all the main attractions. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is very nice and clean. Will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel. Although they forgot to change my room to twins room since I ordered twins room, but the hotel is still very great. Nice location nice staff nice breakfast.

Surprisingly convenient location, walking distance from Venezia Santa lucia, a ferry bus station in front of it , Hotel has modern renovation with daily breakfast We felt comfortable with high ceiling room & clean bathroom

超驚喜的一次體驗！酒店位置極其便利，就在碼頭邊上，機場水路直達；文藝復興的裝修風格和精緻的恰大好處的服務細節，早餐不僅種類全，還可以單點特色雞蛋吐司；整個酒店處處透着意大利人的熱情好客，尤其是前台負責接待我們的 Mattre（名字好像是這個）！我們本來衹計劃在這裏住一晚，臨時決定延住了兩晚，還因為是淡季，幸運的遇到有 last cancellation，直接給我們升級到了套房～

酒店整體位置不錯，距離火車站走路10分鐘左右的路程，大堂和早餐廳連接在一起，緊湊温馨，食物比較豐富。唯一不理想的是，我們住219和220這兩個房間，晚上和早上都有咚咚咚的噪音，還好夜裡沒有。退房時跟前台反饋了，工作人員很有耐心的聽完，並説他們會反饋和檢查。
