Pour les points positifs : - la chambre était grande et agréable (suite). - l’environnement dans la pinède était calme. - stationnement facile - petit déjeuner correct Pour les points négatifs (malheureusement …): - invasion de fourmis dans la partie salon de notre suite - la piscine naturellement filtrée ne nous a pas du tout emballé (couleur verte et algues) et pas d’ombre par 40 degrés. - nous avions demandé de payer en chèques ANCV à l’arrivée mais l’hôtel nous a débité le montant de la chambre sur notre CB. - service complètement à revoir… J’ai oublié un vêtement dans la chambre. J’ai appelé quelques heures seulement après notre départ. J’ai eu plusieurs interlocuteurs pendant trois jours. On devait me rappeler mais à part un jeune homme dimanche soir, qui n’a rien trouvé personne n’a rien fait et le vêtement s’est mystérieusement volatilisé. Je suis déçue car il me semble qu’un hôtel 4 étoiles doit quand même proposer un certain standing aux clients. J’ai demandé à être rappelée par un responsable. J’attends encore… Quel dommage !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo alloggio il 18 agosto 2022. Dovremmo prendere un volo molto mattina all’aeroporto M****ille Provence a Marignane. La situazione dell’établissement juste à côté de l’aéroport est très pratique.Le personnel de l’accueil est top. Le seul point d’amélioration concerne la propreté.

The staff on tonight (24th March 2023), were amazing. From picking us up at the airport, checking us in, serving us at the bar and in the restaurant. So friendly and helpful always multitasking (including speaking English) with a big smile and very welcoming. The room and the food was excellent. Thank you x

Volare il simulatore, la stanza è pulita e pulita, la reception è molto carina e molto vicina alla stazione ferroviaria.Il giorno in cui si parte, andrò all'aeroporto per prendere il volo di prima mattina a Parigi. Come stavo risolvendo la colazione, non mi aspettavo che la colazione fosse pronta.

Did not stay over in hotel but had a few hours before flight so thought we would have lunch somewhere nice near airport staff could not have been more attentive Had a lovely lunch and wine in beautiful surroundings all be it a bit on expensive side but staff were very helpful in allowing me to recharge phone and organising a free shuttle to airport lovely end to a great holiday Well done Garden Inn staff👏👏
