Location is perfect . Rooms are little smelly due to moisture inside wooden Furniture . Service is poor but may be due to heavy rush and high number of guests when we visited . Amenities are enough to enjoy .

然hotel self is quite good，But it is quite noisy due to firecrackers at night and very early in the morning。It pulls off fantastic and the services。The music is good also，May twenty minutes much more affordable

The staf who make me for check in she s altude very bad. Need be careful of her. I was angry for her. Another things is all good

The hotel is very nice, while a little bit overcrowded in the middle of summer. There are many pools, so children have fun. I liked the food in the Thai restaurant and the view from the balcony.

Need to add milk tea for beverages, and need to put English names of each drink & each food, it was all Chinese 😅

Very nice hotel very close to the sea with a beautiful beach. We were happily promoted at the reception and given a room with a bathroom on the balcony overlooking the beach. Absolutely stunning scene, peaceful and peaceful view from the balcony. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this hotel

I think this hotel has really good design and concept, unfortunately it is poorly maintained and managed. First, the whole facility has a pretty strong moldy smell, molds are visible on the room walls, shower and tub. We tried to see a movie at the theater but couldn’t handle the moldy smell so we had to leave right away. I do think the staff are hard workers but lack of resources and support from the management, when it comes to rude and disrespectful guests, they have to take it all in. Finally I would not recommend this place, because it seems like the business does not care about the environment at all. The whole beach is trashed with plastic bags, broken glass, and leftover fireworks. I swam in the water for a bit, I got plastic bags caught on my foot. Overall, staying here is an overwhelming experience.

If you want to ruin your holiday, then this is the best hotel in town for you. Never saw so dirty rooms of 5 stars hotels. Even food in restaurant is not clean. Hygiene department definitely has to visit this hotel. After afternoon tea and breakfast in this hotel, my stomach was pain for all trip. The staff of the hotel very arrogant, specially Iris Su. She doesn’t speak English, but using Chinese language to talk about me with her colleagues. Thinking that I can not understand Chinese. Hotel is very crowded. No privacy. On 32nd floor always have live streaming by hotel marketing. It’s so annoying. Even you can not sleep properly in this hotel. Until midnight in front of my windows did some fireworks and karaoke. And it was my birthday trip!!! Thank you so much for spoiled it.

Smells bad in rooms and their dresses. Need to improve. Sky infinite pool is good. Archery is good to experience. Lily Jiang helped a lot for activities, and because of her, the stay went well.

We spent 2 incredible days in the resort. Comfortable and clean rooms with nice terrace. Great swimming pools. We also liked the beach. English speaking staff made our stay more comfortable. And thank you for the free room upgrade. Hope to be back!
