The room is slightly small but able to fit 2 small luaggages only. Overall the room is clean as we only stay for 1 night. If the hotel is able to provide transport service to fetch the tourists from the visitor center to their hotel, it will be greatly appreciated for the tourists. The receptionist is helpful and friendly too. The hotel lobby also provides a water dispenser and microwave.

Good place, good service. room is small but its very clean, Amezing, we love it.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, few minutes walk to Alishan Train Station. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The room is clean but not very spacious.

Good, but abit pricey for the room size (very small room but has all you need). Bed is really comfy for a good night rest

Right in alishan park but great little room clean nice staff

The hotel offered free guided tour at the moment. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The stay is pretty enjoyable except the hotel does not have a lift. Do prepare to take the stairs if staying on the highest floor (4th floor).

Nice location in Alishan township. However no ammenities provided, need to bring your own.

Best option out of those just outside the park

Well located in the hotel area of Alishan. Room was very new and clean, well-equipped with heater and necessities and there’s a hot water dispenser as well to get water. Staff was friendly to explain how to go around Alishan as well.

1.Plus a. New decorations. b. Good controls of utilities. c. Good Wi - Fi . 2.Minus a. No lift which is inconvenient , in particular, for senior or disable persons. b. Small room and without lobby . c. Breakfast is managed by other food company, which is quite limited both in quality and in selection of foods.

房間空間足夠放置行李，床鋪舒適，十分清潔，服務人員有禮貌，離開阿里山時有接駁車到轉運站，十分方便。 只是洗手間中沒有洗手液。離開時要自己抬行李。雖然房間的窗戶已有蚊網，但還是會有小蟲子。賓館附上的早餐，是要到園區內的餐廳用餐，兩天是不同餐廳，但餐點都十分相似，是自助餐形式所以份量很足，但不要對味道有太大期望。

隔音不好，但是服務很好

初次入住觀感極佳，乾淨舒適，床很大很好睡，休息的很好。服務人員態度都很不錯還有接駁車服務。插頭位置挺多，還可以直接外接USB，對我來說很方便
