Ci sono giardini ampie, ma questo comporta un cammino di 5 minuti all'area della piscina ... quindi non dimenticate il vostro libro, il blocco solare, ecc! Situato proprio fuori dalle pareti della città vicino alla stazione di autobus, che è anche un bonus

Staff were exceptionally good. It’s a pleasant boutique hotel that is only let down by some very peculiar interior design. The room we stayed in was very dark with the strangest lighting configuration I’ve ever come across. Couldn’t see to shave and trying to figure out how to control the lighting was a challenge. Especially after a few beers!!! I missed not having a desk as I tend to work when on holiday (self employed) and would have expected a work station in a room of this size. The shower is over a circular bath, again form over function as the controls are not intuitive and the curtain doesn’t prevent water spilling onto the tile floor. Once wet this is a slip hazard with nothing to hold onto as you exit the shower. I’m reasonably agile so not an issue but if you have any mobility issues this could be a real issue. Finally, if you book try and get a room away from the Main Street. Our room overlooked Merchant Street and there is a noisy bar playing loud music till the early hours. No double glazing so unless you are a heavy sleeper you will need to wait till after midnight to get your head down. In summary we really enjoyed our stay primarily due to the quality of the staff, all of which were very attentive. It’s in a great spot for the city too. We’d stay again but probably in a different room.

Non lasciare che il titolo ti sbagli, ho avuto un tempo sorprendente al SU29 e l'hotel ha un personale meraviglioso, una grande posizione e un grande aria condizionata; tuttavia, si deve chiedersi perché l'hotel deve sempre legare il proprio posto al L'idea di un hotel ”boutique” quando alcuni semplici aggiustamenti potrebbero rendere molto meglio per gli ospiti. Il bagno aperto sembra cool nelle foto, ma immagina di dormire nella stessa stanza dopo aver preso un po' di polvere? Le camere sono ben decorate, ma non hanno alcuna forma di spazio di stoccaggio (nessun travi, né spazi vuoti). La gripa corta è la mancanza di qualsiasi tipo di vista nel studio junior, ma come ho detto, alla fine, il mio soggiorno era definito da sempre sorridenti, sempre utili riceventi per cui nessuno dei miei pazzi chiede o domande era troppo! Il colazione è stato meraviglioso per un hotel europeo in centro città con una varietà di torte, pancake e frutta e è stato sistemato in modo continuo. La posizione era anche sorprendente, ma poiché l'hotel è accessibile attraverso una strada inclinata con passi, potrebbe essere difficile per alcuni raggiungere. La stanza disponeva di tutte le comodità che potevi chiedere (kudos per il grande caffè, AC e TV intelligente) e il wifi era senza problemi e veloce! L'hotel può facilmente rilasciare esperienze 5star se solo decide di scegliere utilità sopra estetica ...

The hotel is ideally situated overlooking the harbour and close to restaurants etc. We booked a room with a balcony (606) and were extremely happy with the view of the harbour and the Three cities. The room itself was comfortable and had adequate storage for the four nights we spent here, there was an enclosed shower in the bathroom and plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Breakfast had an excellent choice, including bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, mushrooms & tomatoes, there was a choice of 2 cereals, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, 3 juices, bread rolls, pastries, jams and a toaster, so plenty of choice to set you up for the day. Also there was a very good coffee machine. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and would help you with any query. If you suffer from mobility issues, this may not be an ideal lication as there are steep steps up to the centre where all the shops/restaurants are. Overall, I found this to be a well presented and value for money hotel and it's worth paying extra for the views.

It was simply perfect ! The hotel is beautiful, central with the terrace of your dreams ! Thank you to all the staff of the hotel who was lovely! The 3 reception staff was incredibly kind, helpful and made us feel at home. The breakfast team was perfect to start the day with and the restaurant waiters made the evenings very pleasant (to the Argentinian waiter, the recommended oil and sfogliata were wonderful - I couldn't wait the evening, and thank you for the jazz recommendation which I hope we can try next time!). And most importantly, thank you to the incredible room service team who made wonders everyday in a record time.

Non posso valutare questo piccolo hotel abbastanza! Inizialmente una casa del XVI secolo e le riparazioni hanno mantenuto la sua personalità tranquilla e tranquilla. La mia camera (l'occhio deluxe della città) era spaziale e aveva tutto quello che poteva essere necessario. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle aziende e dai quartieri turistici, ma su una tranquilla strada laterale! Ma è il personale che si trova il ghiaccio sul torto. This is a mixed review. I had booked into Barrakka Suites but I needed to extend my stay in Malta and the Barrakka Suites was full on that date. Cliff kindly offered me a room in another facility he owned and this was good. The taxi met us at the airport (midnight as the flight had been delayed). This was very good. The following morning we had to navigate our way to the Barrakka Suites. No map, no instructions, massive hill to climb with bags and jet lag. At the top, we asked anyone and everyone for directions. No-one could help. 45 minutes later, we were standing outside the Castile building and a young couple asked if we were looking for the Barrakka Suites - they had been equally lost when they arrived and recognized the dazed look on our faces. The room was pleasant, the bathroom was brand new. But, the next day the coffee pods were not replalced, the lights in the entryway and stairs were not working. It was pitch black even in the middle of the day, and a death trap. The following day the bed was not made, water not replaced. On the final day, the keyless entry stopped working. Despite calls and messages over the days, there was no response. But, the location was perfect, so the review is truly mixed.

Ho soggiornato 3 notti al Gomerino. Il personale dell'hotel è assolutamente favoloso. Le aiutano in tutto quello che hai bisogno immediatamente. Il personale è 5 stelle, molto gentile professionisti. La vista dal tetto superiore terrazza è eccezionale, la vista migliore in Valletta. La terrazza è incredibile. Purtroppo la stanza non soddisfa le mie aspettative. E' solo molto rumore. Ogni passo di sopra può essere sentito nella vostra stanza. Quindi, di notte e di mattina, mi sentivo molto turbato e incomodo a causa di questo. Ho dovuto chiamare la ricezione più volte per chiedere all'ospite di sopra di tenerla tranquilla la notte. La stanza è molto buia e non per il mio gusto. Il letto era ok, ho chiesto un letto matrimoniale, ma hanno fornito il mio con due materassi singole. Grazie per il vostro personale favoloso.

Semplicemente perfetto. Camera pulita e comoda. Bagno funzionale. Personale sempre gentilissimo e disponibile, dalla reception al ristorante. Manager cordiale ed efficiente . Colazione con vasta scelta di piatti salati e non preparati al momento , ottima varietà di dolci , frutta fresca sempre disponibile. Succo d'arancia non confezionato e bevande calde degne dei bar italiani . Piscina piccola ma scenografica sotterranea, cortesia e disponibilità nell'appoggio per il giorno della partenza . L'abbiamo adorato ed il prezzo ci è parso quasi troppo basso per il servizio ricevuto .

Questa è la sistemazione più soddisfacente durante il viaggio!!! Non appena sono entrato in hotel, sono stato accolto da un personale gentile, ed era la mia prima volta a Malta, quindi mi hanno consigliato mappe turistiche hahahaha Anche le condizioni della camera erano le migliori!!
