Echt een mooi hotel! Vriendelijk personeel en een hele mooie omgeving!

予約したが、スケジュール変更のため、泊まることができなかった。こちらのページを通して、キャンセルの申込を行ったが、却下された。 ファルケンブルフの街には行ったが、まるで絵本のような素敵な街だったので、次は泊まりに行きたい。

飯店蠻新的，適合自駕遊，離公共交通設施比較遠。房間設備簡單。停車場有點小距離，且需要額外付費。建議晚上8點以後，可以停附近的路邊停車格，不用另外付費。

改期入住多付了2百多歐，一次不愉快的經歷。房間不附四星標準，不會再有下一次。

The welcome was quite good, the staff is very dedicated and friendly. Unfortunately there are certain things that leave a lot to be desired, the door to the room was hard to close as it was bumping against the carpet, less than half the channels on the TV worked, the hair dryer left your hands sticky because the plastic was old, as a member of Accor I usually have a welcome plate ready in the room or at least a bottle of water which now there was none, not even considering it was Christmas, the A/C system was not working properly and lastly went to ask for a toothbrush but they didn't have one, not to buy either. These little details make you wonder if you will book with them again next time.

What a welcoming hotel the reception team were fantastic and really helpful. Breakfast was efficent and well presented, the bar staff were also attentive. What a great location for visiting Christmas town! Plus an easy pleasant walk to the town

The hotel is very modern, in some respects too gimmicky to be practical, but we liked it. Best was the very good breakfast and the restaurant in general. The hotel is part of a cycling center, all guests seemed to be mements of different groups somehow related to biking. The french toilet concept, no water available to wash hands etc is always very strange and difficult to understand. Why cant the hotels be international and save us from this treathful experience.

Very nice rooms super clean and perfect staff a warm welcome. Super location quit room and only 10 minutes walk from the city center. Good location for activity's like hiking, bike riding explore the caves and and enjoy Valkenburg. Breakfast buffet is refilled frequently.

I spent a wonderful time at Hotel Valkenburg. The person at the reception was so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and the location was fantastic. Very close to down town. Nice hiking trails near by. For people visiting Maastricht, I highly recommend staying at Hotel Valkenburg. Nice restaurant just around the corner. For Bikers like me, there is a fantastic Shimano store next to the hotel too. Karim

Nice, modern hotel. Reception staff super friendly and received a free welcome drink. It was fun playing games in the evening. Area looks nice also. Free parking. Only thing missing in the room were extra pillows , shower cap, tissues and it was very warm in the room. Even with the Windows open.

friendly, clean, modern Dear people, a very friendly and helpful reception, very good spacious, clean room and perfect bar service. And all that for a particularly fair price. and of course also a beautiful quiet environment. looking forward to our next (planned) visit in september

Interesting, entertaining place! Efficient, friendly and satisfying… Car parking should be available closer by. The hotel itself is well designed. Please watch your TV channel list, half of channels are not available. Overall recommendable - Keep it up!
