Absolutely loved this villa and wound definitely stay again. So spacious and excellent location. Walking distance to the main streets of Seminyak. The staff were so accommodating breakfast was amazing aswell. Highly recommend!!

The villa is clean and tidy. Got own pool but the water is cold for a dip. The shower is outside nearby the pool which is convenient and around the garden area to take hot shower first before swimming in the pool. The staffs are nice,kind, helpful with attention to details. We received a refreshing welcome drink which is good. The room service foods are delicious and in Kavana Bar. We availed the floating breakfast and the pool decor for my birthday and it was amazing. The staffs even surprised me with a birthday cake and a song. I am very pleased and the memories are precious staying in this villa. It is also serene and can help relax the tired mind and body in the pool. The bath tub is with bath foam nearby too for a bubble bath. The location is great as it is walking distance to seminyak square and seminyak village and got lots of shops nearby, walking distance to Hotel mexicola, petitenget beach and all the beach clubs around the area.

Read the reviews before coming. They were negative. So I was a bit worried. It was actually very very good. No mosquito's. Relaxing You hear a few horns here and there nothing too much it's awesome. Good sleep safe comfy. Reviews weren't true. Staff very nice

No problems with the villa, I’d love to come with my family and friends next time and have them across the hallway. If a group stays and we can all hang out it would be even better. C trip wouldn’t let me upgrade to breakfast, I heard it was pretty good.

Love this villa! It was hard to leave & hope we have the opportunity to come back & stay here again. We were warmly welcomed with a beautifully decorated room. The room is clean & the private pool is lovely. Great location, very close to the shopping areas. Breakfast was great & served in the villa. The staff are very friendly. The hotel was unable to accede to our request for late check-out but the receptionist on duty took the extra mile to switch on the aircon at their restaurant & let us stay there while waiting for our airport transfer. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Great location and friendly desk staff who were attentive to our needs, especially luggage storage and breakfast selection. It is walking distance to seminyak square, where lots of cafes and shops are and the nearest beach is within 10mins of walking. Definitely a good choice to stay when in seminyak.

Снимала виллу на 5 ночей, все здорово, чисто и аккуратно. Сервис на уровне. На территории имеется ресторан, еду можно заказать на виллу, все оперативно, а главное вкусно. Уборка ежедневная, смена полотенец+чистка бассейна. Напротив расположены 2 минимаркета, что очень удобно. После пребывания остались только приятные воспоминания и впечатления.

스미냑 중심지에 위치, 접근성 최상, 가성비 최고(매우), 호텔 식당 함께 운영하고 있어 음식 맛있고(조식 포함) 룸서비스도 매우 좋음. 빌라 근처 스미냑 스퀘어, 마사지샵, 마트, 유명 식당 많고 도보 5분 이면 이동 가능. 편의성 최고!!! 우호적이고 친절한 스텝들 너무 좋음. 16일 연속으로 숙박하면서 정말 만족함. 숙박 예약하면서 고민했던 부분 - 1. 샤워기 필터 욕실 샤워 부스에 샤워기 없고 해바라기 수전만 있음. 해바라기 수전용 필터 저가로 구입해서 가져가서 호텔 스텝에게 요청해서 설치해서 숙박 기간동안 잘 사용함(규격이 맞지 않아 스스로 설치 안됨, 포기하고 있었는데 스텝에게 요청하니 테크니션이 직접 뜯어가서 한 시간 쯤 걸려서 어찌 어찌 했다며 연결해왔음. 정말 미안하고 고마웠음.) 욕조에 샤워기 수전 연결되어 있어 가져간 다이소 샤워기 필터 연결해서 사용함. 2. 발리 우기 모기에 대한 대처 호텔측에서 몸에 뿌리는 모기향(소펠), 연기 나오는 모기향, 뿌리는 에프킬라 제공함. 하지만 모기가 정말 많기 때문에 전자모기향 준비해가서 방 안에서 사용하면 좋을거 같음. 3. 소음 관련 메인 도로 쪽 빌라 시끄럽다고 하여 반대쪽 빌라 요청하여 배정 받았음. 하지만 근처 건설현장들이 있어 소음은 계속 있긴 했음. 스미냑에서 조용함은 포기해야 할듯. ㅎㅎ

Tempatnya sih oke dan luassssss Sayang sekali tidak bisa untuk keluarga, karena 1 orang kena biaya 350rb untuk tambahan. Sangat menguras biaya mending dihotel. Saking kecewanya saya cekout jam 12.00 malam untuk pindah ke hotel yang bisa menampung anak anak dengan harga yang mahal sudah bayar full tapu seperti dimata matai ditelp ke kamar untuk minta biaya tambahan 350rb /anak dengan sarapan 500rb. Mending Hotel bisa dapet 2 kamar dan dapet 4 Breakfast. Sangat menyesal!! Buat apa villa besar peraturannya cuma maksimal ditempatin 2 orang saja , selebihnya kena charge, Management yang sangat tidak jelas!!! Percuma tempat bagus dan luas kalo customer merasa nga nyaman karena hal ini tidak diperjelas diawal,

立地が最高。スミニャックで遊ぶのに、ビーチもご飯もショッピングも徒歩圏内でした！ お部屋も広くて荷物多かったのに余裕でした。 プールもお部屋も綺麗！ 朝ごはんをお部屋で食べれるのが良かった。 強いて言えば、洗濯機が欲しい！

Из четырех отелей в Гоа, эта вилла оказалась лучшей. Отличное уединение , отличный приватный бассейн. Холодильник / кондиционер и вентилятор / вай фай. Мебель немного уставшая и скользкий пол. До пляжа примерно 15 минут пешком. Недалеко до центральных улиц с кафе и ресторанами. Завтрак в номер -разнообразный и очень обильный. Обслуживание отличное. Недалеко до супермаркета и винного магазина - на Бали это разные варианты в т.ч. и по цене. Пережили 4,8 землетрясение в номере....ничего не развалилось, но вода из бассейна вышла из берегов. Можно вызвать доставку еду из любого ресторана. Быстро и дешево. Спасибо за отель. Всем рекомендую

非常棒👍🏻的villa，游泳池很乾凈，房間舒服，就連電視節目都好豐富，早餐也很好吃，服務熱情又細心，位置優秀距離水明漾廣場走路五分鐘，我們還在那購物了，周圍餐館和商店扎堆。特別説一下他家自己的餐廳做飯好吃又便宜，我們連着吃了兩頓。
