Abbiamo ritornato a questo hotel dopo un ottimo soggiorno all'anno scorso.Abbiamo cambiato la nostra rotta e prenotato questo hotel. Ancora una volta, servizio perfetto. Abbiamo una stanza molto più bello questa volta. Molto grande e in una posizione tranquilla. Bello balcone con vista sulla foresta. Questo lavorava perfettamente per un bel vino e un formaggio. La piscina era grande e aperta questa volta. Ci piaceva la nuoto. La sera abbiamo cenato. Questo era l'accento della nostra ultima permanenza, così le aspettative erano alte. La cena era solo buona questa volta. Cioè, il cibo era perfettamente buono, ma niente di speciale. Eravamo un po' delusi Nella mattinata il colazione era un po' diverso. La varietà del cibo era meno di quella prima. La qualità era comunque molto buona. In generale, torneremo e questo hotel è sulla nostra lista preferita. Spero che il ristorante sia migliorato, così il cibo sarà ancora un ottimo e una ragione per guidare a questo hotel.

My husband, myself and my one year old baby arrived there at 5 pm on Wednesday 24th May. There were only one receptionist while there were 3 guests waiting. We had a buggy and 3 bags. We overheard that the lift was down and they did not know when it will be fixed but there were no technician working on it… Then came out turn when we’re told the swimming pool is only for 16yo + and that booking forgot to mention it, so our baby cannot go there. Our room was at the last floor (3rd one) and no one can help us because the lady was alone at the reception. A staff member saw me struggle when I arrived up there and told me, there is another elevator for the cleaning ladies only to use but that I should ask reception next time. So my husband carried everything up and I was carrying my son. We opened the door room hoping for a mind blowing experience (300eu the night for a deluxe room with balcony and Seine view) and it was an old room, in which they had put a baby bed that we had requested, furniture was old, bedding was white sheets only, no chair nor a table in the balcony that really needs to be refurbished. We just left to go in the city and enjoy a little bit cause the experience so far was terrible. So at 7.30pm elevator still not working, so we go down with baby and buggy and when I ask for the other elevator I’m told it’s not safe… poor cleaning ladies using an unsafe elevator… The next day when we checked out, they tried to bill me the breakfast that was included in the price I had paid and told me: but you took it in the room right… well no I didn’t and we were rushed (at 9.45am) cause they were closing the breakfast room. At 12pm, elevator was still not fixed. To sum up: we live in Asnieres, decided to go a getaway weekend not too far with a baby in a ‘Barrières’ hôtel which is supposed to be a luxurious 4 stars hotel and nothing was at the expected level, not even the basics to have a lift working on such a busy weekend. My husband told me : well the breakfast was ok, but when I told him it was 28eu per person he was like 😳🫢
