Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio at Scandic Svolvær just doesn’t add up. We paid €450 for two nights, which is hard to justify considering the overall experience. The rooms are extremely small, there’s no real way to ventilate them properly, and there’s no parking included – despite the high price. The beds looked like they were made by a teenager in a rush – messy and not up to hotel standards at all. On the plus side, the internet was stable, the shower worked well, and the staff was generally friendly. However, one breakfast experience stood out in a negative way: I was clearly waiting for hot water, and a staff member saw me standing there but continued to slowly restock cups without acknowledging me at all. Not rude – just indifferent. Breakfast itself was okay, but nothing special. Sadly, for this price, I expected much more. Comfortable basics, better attention to detail, and at least a proper bed setup. Definitely room for improvement.

Amazing hotel! Clean room, lovely view by the sea. Parking is plenty, good sized gym and amazing breakfast buffet - with so many options! One of the best hotels we stayed in during our Norway trip. I’d definitely recommend.

房間視野很好可以看海，早餐非常豐富，餐廳玻璃房很舒服，酒店工作人員非常熱心，去機場的出租車掉鏈子，酒店派車送機場，大大的贊

小酒店就建在碼頭上，推門就是直麪峽灣碼頭的小陽台。房間很mini，基本進門就上床，早餐還不錯。前台美女們都很友善。

衛生程度非常整潔，離大型超市不會太遠，服務人員親切，設施已在歐洲來說真的非常完善，選個靠海窗戶可以讓人發呆一下午

酒店早餐非常豐富，以自助餐形式供應。 各種前菜沙拉、主食麪包、肉類、飲品果汁酸奶應有盡有。屬於是在挪威最豐盛的一頓早餐了。 房間景觀超好，臨海，對面就能看到紅色小房子。 ps入住當天在酒店門口看到極光，運氣加分！

價格實惠，位置不錯，下船後需要走一會。風景還行。前台可以打熱水。這點相當完美。早飯相對好評。房間Wi-Fi有點困難可以單獨要Wi-Fi密碼。

設施：定了兩間房間 一間基礎房有味道 一間景觀房就很不錯 還有陽台可以看風景 早餐： 非常好 吃了以後可以不用午餐 環境：在風光非常好的小島上 可以步行去大橋上看日落

根據圖片選擇了所謂的最佳景觀房，進到房間發現貨不對版。和酒店協商，工作人員堅持房間沒有給錯，説是房代提供的圖片誤導了客人，還稱有不少客人投訴了這個情況，酒店也沒辦法解決。

房間很小，也很舊，不太乾淨，枕頭也不舒適，但房間小陽台看出去是不錯的湖景，飯店位置也算不錯，離機場開車8-10分鐘。
