Amazing place

一般我只有吐槽才爬上來 這次看到沒有國人評論 這個 Rotana酒店在erbil有兩家，巴格達有一家叫巴比倫Rotana。總統安保級別。erbil沒有過戰爭or襲擊，也同樣安檢嚴格，入口處有兩個持真機關槍的安保（確認了），在進入大門前會有另外兩個安保拿着小鏡子檢查車底沒有裝boomboom，會檢查後備箱等等等等，比機場更嚴格。然後進入大堂前包和人要過安檢。外牆是防爆的。我問了工作人員為什麼這邊很安全也要這樣，據説很多總統總理來都會住Rotana，但一般選擇另外一家，安保完全沒問題。 但要注意，如果租車去摩蘇爾，要詢問下司機是講庫爾德語還是阿拉伯語，我遇到的司機完全無法溝通，對方英語類似我説城門樓子他講胯骨軸子。讀音發音是最小的是，關鍵驢脣不對馬嘴很容易溝通失誤，我很難很難很難着急和生氣也被司機無法溝通氣到失語……… 我遞了手機給司機翻譯器頁面司機也不説……心很累……… 因為是找酒店訂的打電話回去給酒店他們並不能理解我要去哪裡……… 我立遮手機舉着地圖説聽我的跟着地圖走我知道去哪裡，司機就是不聽（聽不懂）15分鐘的路最後3個小時才到。 我不寫遊記所以自這邊多説一句，摩蘇爾幾個千年遺址被毀差不多了，當地並不保護，誰都可以去摸去踩。因為和他們無法溝通（主要是司機在裏面搗亂）我真的聽不懂……… 門口警察先説不讓進，我看出他們不讓進打算走剛轉身就被叫回去説英國好中國好然後説帶我進去但是不能拍照。看了幾個完全沒有保護措施的尼尼微時期遺跡（猜的）花費3分鐘，出門警察拉着司機説要200刀至少？？？？我？？？？以為聽錯了畢竟司機英語真的很差。打開了翻譯器給警察，這個時候他倒是害怕我錄音了。讓他***小孩來説，在翻譯器上説至少給他50刀幫助他？幫助啥？整個伊拉克從上到下的腐敗真的吐了，這幾個警察還拉着我跟看猴子一樣要照相。我不是窮遊的，也不是來看戰後戰區人們生活多悽慘的，也不回拍人臉，所以也拒絕他們要合影，當地人被拒絕也不會怎麼樣，警察們就很掛臉。後來機緣巧合認識了美麗國的embassy的小頭頭，從門後面幾天行程如履平地再沒被氣到過。摩蘇爾遺址的警察真的太太太太垃圾了，蛀蟲！！！！！垃圾！！！！！

I had an excellent stay at Arjan Hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

The Erbil Arjaan was my home away from home from 2019-2024. The rooms are lovely, the food is delicious, and the beds are comfortable. But most importantly, the incredible staff at the Arjaan truly became like family to our team. Across the board, service at the hotel, from the managers and the front desk, to the kitchen staff, bartenders, waiters, cleaners, and attendants were universally kind, courteous, and professional at all times. I will forever be grateful for the exceptional warmth and hospitality of Prasanth, Zamir, Yassin, Luka, Sarmed, Sathish, Muthyam, Noor, and everyone at the Erbil Arjaan.

The bartender Yaseen at the bar was great he made my day and two ginntonics and the wine the next day great guy very good service

I like staying here they always welcome us whenever we stayed there. The gym is fully equipted and fhey have cozy terrace where u can relax during night. The room is warm and clean.as well staff are exceptional specialy Ms.Raquel ,adnan and micheal.

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy, the hotel staff is very professional and friendly specially Ms. Raquel, Micheal, Adnan. We highly recommended this pace and always come back whenever we go to erbil again.keep up the good work.thanks

Its is very high security entrance and control highly guarded and scanning at the hotel entrance, also very good hospitality in Erbil Arjaan. Well-arranged and cleaning the room, provided complement without any meanness well treated and politely.

Pleasent stay with Rotana Arjaan all staff was nice specially housekeeping team shadi was amazing another man mohit he place extra water for my room. Room cleanliness was nice. Thanks team arjaan. Hope I will come back again very soon. Momen Hk manager he meet me in lobby he is great man

Every thing was amazing especially the syrian staff One of them upgraded my Queen size bedroom to a suite.. And they were very kind The room was clean, well furnished, and comfortable.. I absolutely recommend it, and look forward to book it for my next trip to Erbil.
