The hotel is normal, it is more like a house with rooms. The rooms are comfortable, the sheets and towels could be better. The breakfast is good, the staff is friendly. José, the owner is only friendly if you hire tour services with him. The moment you tell him that you are not going to contract with him, the kindness disappears. Breakfast is fine. The heating is poor. Something very uncomfortable is that it does not accept card payments, only cash. The hotel is 12 - 15 minutes from the center of Uyuni, which is where all the restaurants and bars are.

Hotel molto centrale un po’ « fanée «. Stanza grande con due ampi letti alla francese e un comodo armadio bagno modesto e un po’ trasandato con la finestrella sulle scale . La mattina mancava l’acqua ( subito risolto ) La stanza dava sulla strada e purtroppo aveva una discoteca di fronte che ha suonato a musica alta fino alle tre ( e non parlo dell’ultimo dell’anno) . Colazione dignitosa in un locale modesto e poco illuminato . Personale molto gentile , però non hanno rifatto la stanza

Durante il mio soggiorno a Uyuni, sono rimasto in un hotel molto alto prima della spedizione di 3 giorni e poi quando siamo tornati l'hotel è stato prenotato perciò siamo rimasti qui. Ero preoccupante, tuttavia ho avuto il miglior servizio che avevo in tutta la mia permanenza in Bolivia. La signora al divano mi ha aiutato, non mi sentivo bene, mi ha fatto un tè di coca e l'ha portata nella mia stanza, suo figlio ha anche portato mio figlio all'aeroporto! lei era super professionale e bella! L'hotel è semplice e pulito. Fa il lavoro!

Ci piaceva l'hotel. Il personale è molto utile e possono chiamare Fatima per aiutarti in inglese. Può consigliare e aiutare con tutti i tipi di problemi di viaggio. Le camere dell'hotel sono calde, calde in bagno e doccia. Si apprezza questo ”oasi” soprattutto dopo il viaggio per il lago, ecc. Le camere sono belle, le aree comuni sono decorate con bel gusto e dando una bella atmosfera del miglior stile del paese. Il caldo e la calda acqua che ci piaceva, è stato un piacere per noi.

I loved this clean, beautiful salt hotel. The staff was nice and the place was a true oasis from the Uyuni town. The food was good and the staff was amazing. My one complaint is that the room does not come with towels. We had to request 1 and there was none to dry your feet when you step out of the shower which could be a tripping hazard. I even transfered to a different room and same thing. The hotel is truly stunning and the staff was so nice. Please provide towels in all rooms and a mat or small towel to dry feet on I would definitely stay here again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with such warmth and care that I truly felt like I was at home. Chris and Sussy, the owners, went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable, especially considering the challenges I faced due to altitude sickness during my trip. The room I stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also filled with natural light, making it feel incredibly cozy and homely. However, what truly amazed me was the food. The breakfast was an absolute delight, and knowing that Chris and Sussy made everything themselves made it even more special. Those scones were simply divine, and the coffee was fantastic. They provided a breakfast that had everything one could wish for. A massive bonus was discovering that Tonito Hotel serves the best pizza in town, a gem that was recommended not only by the locals but also by my tour guide. It's evident that this place is adored by everyone who visits. I can't express enough how much I appreciate the exceptional staff and the inviting atmosphere of the hotel. Without a doubt, I will be returning for another stay in the future. Thank you, Chris and Sussy, for making my stay so memorable and enjoyable!
