Staff was very friendly and rooncondition was really good

Very nice view and clean room, curtains are locked and can’t open all to enjoy the view though. Staff very nice and helpful, but didn’t speak English. check in was easy and fast.

Beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a cloud room with windows all along one side. Great view of the surrounding area and we could see the city in the distance. Beautiful at night, industrial looking by day. (The windows could use a little cleaning). Breakfast buffet was really good, large selection of Chinese options. The best part was the front desk staff. So helpful with our travel-related questions even though my Chinese is limited! Especially 小嘉. She helped us find a way to travel north to 可可托海.

Fantastic new hotel, within close proximity to the airport.

The front desk service is very good, especially Xiao Ai, she is very helpful and friendly.

The first time I stayed in this hotel, the room was clean and tidy, the stay was very comfortable, it was also very close to the airport, and the service was also very good. In particular, the service attitude of Gina at the front desk was very good, very warm, very caring, and she also helped me book a hotel vehicle in advance. The check-in experience was very good, recommended!

The hotel is a little bit far from the city center, however the amenities and facilities were in excellent condition. The bathroom and equipment was complete and very, very clean. The overall furniture’s were beautifully designed. There was one thing that I want to point out, which was the strange smell in my room which I couldn’t find the reason for.

剛到烏魯木齊時，我在預訂平台上一眼就被這家酒店吸引，毫不猶豫地完成了預訂。入住之後，服務的貼心程度更是超出了我的預期——從一樓保安和禮賓的熱情指引，到38樓前台的高效辦理，一切都井然有序。特別感謝管家小張，在得知我們兩人入住卻衹訂了一份早餐後，主動協助向經理申請，最終成功為我們增加了早餐名額。辦理入住時正值高峯期，客人雖多，小張依然耐心周到地為我們安排妥當。 房間被安排在較高樓層，視野開闊，室內空間舒適，設施新穎齊全，整體氛圍令人放鬆。無論是客房服務還是其他工作人員，態度都非常友好親切。床品柔軟舒適，洗漱用品中還貼心地準備了啫喱水和身體乳。洗個熱水澡，好好睡一覺，第二天再去享用早餐，實在是旅途中的一大享受。 早餐廳同樣位於38樓，種類豐富多樣，更令人驚喜的是窗外美景相伴——一邊用餐，一邊俯瞰城市風景，心情也隨之愉悦起來。這次入住體驗非常滿意，相信未來若有機會再來烏魯木齊，這裏依然會是我們的不二之選。

入住時間比較晚，已經是下午了。剛到一樓，禮賓指引我去38樓前台辦理入住，因為對房型和朝向我都比較介意，管家小張一直都很耐心的幫我挑選房間，詢問我對於樓層以及朝向的要求，幫我安排了非常適合我的房間，我很滿意。辦理入住手續速度也很快，入住手續時間較晚，點了外賣，小張聯繫我並且使用小機器人幫我送到了房間，很智能化的酒店。經過詢問得知是為了保證住客的私隱，很暖心。非常感謝他對我的幫助。房間裏設施設備齊全，也都很新穎，服務員的服務態度都很好，碰面都會主動打招呼，禮貌問好，很不錯的一家酒店，低價格住到了高品質的酒店，我很滿意。後面返回烏市，還會再次選擇這裏！
