Complici le temperature calde e l'assenza di aria condizionata non siamo riusciti a apprezzare il comfort di questa struttura. L'hotel è in prossimità della zona pedonale di Ulm è dotato di un comodo parcheggio a pagamento sotterraneo (raggiungibile direttamente con l'ascensore al piano camera). Il servizio colazione è di qualità vario e abbondante. Unico aspetto negativo per noi la moquette in camera.

Un pò tutto, la dimensione della camera era ottima, la posizione anche a pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, colazione abbondante e di discreta qualità, personale cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole visitare questa bella cittadina.

Posizione, parcheggio (10€), check-in, tutto perfetto Camera spaziosa ( no condizionatore, solo ventilatore) , colazione ottima, servizio eccellente. Nota di merito al personale della reception e della colazione . Uova strapazzate preparate al momento. Perfetto

I stopped for the night at the Comfor hotel in Ulm whilst travelling through Germany and it made for a great base for the night and visiting Ulm. The reception were very friendly and helpful and as I was driving I was directed to the underground car park under the hotel as such. There is a separate lift from the car park to the hotel and the car parking can be paid for at the hotel. The room was modern and clean with large windows, a double bed and was comfortable. The hotel itself is near to shops and restaurants and also close to the sights in Ulm and the cathedral. There was a good choice for breakfast with some items being cooked to order. A great hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

We had an wonderful stay at the Comfor in all aspects. The cleanliness of the rooms and dining/kitchen areas were excellent. The staff are super helpful, professional and friendly. We have stayed on numerous occasions and in different seasons it is cosy in Winter and cool in the Summer, beds are comfy and showers hot and powerful. There is a delicious breakfast available which includes freshly cooked bacon and eggs, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, assorted lovely breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and juices. The coffee is great! The parking under the hotel is very handy and there is also a tram quite close by to connect to the hotel if arriving by train. Restaurants and The Munster are just a short walk away and it’s lovely to stroll the old town. We will continue to visit this wonderful home away from home and thank you for looking after us so well we really appreciate everything you do for us each time we stay, you are all fabulous.

Convenient location to explore the city center as it is in walking distance to most sights
Breakfast buffet is small but has a good selection and fresh fruit and veggies

The staff are amazing! Helpful, kind and friendly! The Comfor Hotel is clean and comfortable in a convenient location with in steps of everything you need and want to see.

You need to park up at the side to get the parking key, parking is to the left of the hotel, 100yrds up the road, underground parking. Lift to hotel. Once again no Tea or coffee facilities. Great walk to the river past the church. Good bars for food etc. Hotel is fine, however no ac in the room.

This hotel is within a 10 Minute very leisurely stroll into the centre and although on a main road our room overlooking the courtyard garden was exceedingly quiet. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom had the best power shower and always plenty of hot water. It had a mini fridge including corkscrew and bottle opener. We had requested a kettle and two cups which were ready and waiting for our arrival, as I always have to start the day with a ‘builders’ mug of tea. The wi-fi was excellent and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. We slept very well as the beds were so comfy. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we return to Ulm.
