Un esperienza davvero positiva. Host accogliente, attento al cliente e cordiale. Camera rinnovata, pulita e con tutti i comfort, letto molto comodo con un topper che fa la differenza. Super consigliato, un voto 10 meritatosi

Piccolo hotel eccellente per rapporto costo/qualità/comfort. Oltre alle aspettative. Stanza arredata con gusto e molto confortevole. Buffet a colazione compreso nella tariffa ricco e vario. Complimenti alla proprietà e al loro personale (gentilissimo e cortese). Perfino bevande di benvenuto.

This family hotel is a real gem! We stayed in a quadruple room for two nights. Friendly staff, really nice and spacious room, perfectly clean, free parking, really good breakfast, peaceful surroundings, wifi. We would come back anytime!

We stayed in this lovely, rustic style hotel for two nights. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean, with plenty of storage space, comfy bed, mini-bar and lovely wood features. Free parking. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. It was in a good location for hiking, cycling or taking a bus into Ulm. Good restaurants near by too. We would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, cozy. We had breakfast and it was good. It is situated in a very nice location. The parking in front of the hotel was almost full when we got there, but there are more spots where to park somewhere else. Minibar with beer was appreciated :).

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garni am Zehntstadl for several nights while visiting friends and touring Ulm. We had a spacious room with a bathroom that had good shelf space to store our toiletries. The staff was terrific -- very friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The hotel is spotless and well maintained. A bus stop is about two blocks away with a bus that takes about 12 minutes to take you into the center of Ulm. We had no issues with the WiFi. Be aware, though, that there is no elevator, and no air conditioning. Despite that, we would easily stay here again.

It's a pleasant hotel outside Ulm. We enjoyed a walk along the nearby river. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was good by German standards even though the area for the food was small. Quite a busy road directly outside the hotel. The food at the hotel opposite is nothing special but it has a pleasant beer garden
