Excellent location in between of cafes / restaurants/ direct opposite to the Munster and short working distance to the river Danube.
We found the typical functional Motel One standard with a nice bar + rooftop.
All was clean with very supporting staff members.

Centralissimo, moderno, essenziale, di design. Un vero peccato che non sia convenzionato con qualche parcheggio in città, ma va benissimo anche parcheggiare al parkhaus am rathaus (bel parcheggio centralissimo) a 5 minuti a piedi ed a 18 euro al giorno. Le camere sono spaziose (alcune con spettacolare vista su Munsterplatz), il bagno ampio, il wi-fi illimitato. Cassaforte, TV schermo piatto (anche con canale italiano) e accessori per il bagno completano la dotazione. Cosa manca: un frigo bar, un armadio con ante. La colazione (acquistabile facoltativamente) è servita a 13.50/cad nel bel bar panoramico al piano 5° (bar frequentatissimo anche da esterni per aperitivi, dopocena ecc.). Personale cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Per la categoria massimo dei voti meritato.

This is a beautiful hotel. Great location. Pleasant staff and great rooftop bar. Italian restaurant on your doorstep and make sure to book the city view room. Amazing views. Clean rooms. The only negative would be the air conditioning wasn’t very strong.

Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Good central heating which was important as the weather was very cold. The breakfast was served on the top floor which has a superb view of the Cathedral. Very good selection of breads and pastries.

Wir waren mit ein paar freunden über Silvester im Hotel. Hotel soweit alles perfekt. Die absolute frechheit war die Bewirtung in der Rooftop Bar. Ambiente und aussicht ist schön aber die Bewirtung eine Katastrophe. Wir haben zuerst einmal 30 min gewartet bis sich ein Kellner erbarmt hat unsere bestellung aufzunehmen. Wartezeit bis die Bestellung dann am tisch war weitere 35 min. Kellner kam dann um kurz nach 1 uhr fragte noch um eine letzte runde, haben und gedacht ist ja eh nicht mehr so viel los, dann ging es schneller, aber nein, die letzte runde kam dann um 1:45 uhr. Haben dann schnellstmöglichst bezahlt und sind dann gegangen. Es wurden keine bereits leeren gläser weggeräumt, es wurde nicht gefragt ob alles passt, rundum eine misslungener Abend. Aber wie gesagt Hotel selber war top.

Zentraler geht’s nicht. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer ganz neu, klein aber ausreichend und zu einem völlig ruhigen Innenhof. Die Top roof Bar ist interessant gestaltet und wird morgens zum Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den Turm des Münsters. Das erste Mal in Ulm wegen einer Kunstausstellung „anything but flat“ im Weishaupt Museum. Leider nur wenig Exponate, aber dafür hervorragend präsentiert. Durch Ulm hatte ich einen Stadtführer, der mir die interessanten Teile der Stadt gezeigt hat. Einerseits eine reizende Stadt mit Historie andererseits hochmoderne Architektur. Ein Besuch ist empfehlenswert. Nur mit DB wäre ich beinahe nicht mehr heim gekommen.

Der Barkeeper Giovanni war einfach sympathisch und super motiviert und hilfsbereit. Komme gerne nur deswegen wieder. Auch der Kellner Paul war sehr nett und hat die Getränke ausgezeichnet zubereitet. Vor allem den Espresso Martini kann ich empfehlen

Wollten an einem Freitagabend die schöne Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar auf das Münster genießen. Leider war der Service mehr als unzufriedenstellend! Dass der Kellner, der uns seit einer halben Stunde auf drei Getränke warten ließ, während er eine nach der anderen Zigarette geraucht hat dann auch noch unglaublich unmotiviert und genervt wirkte hat uns den Rest gegeben! Trotz der tollen Location überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen!
