It is a simple hotel. Breakfast is o.k. Place to park your car is 5 á 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly. There is no restaurnat in this hotel. If you are traveling around it is a good stop.

Excellent hotel with great staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed, they gave great service even in the middle of the night. Free parking is close to the place, in addition there are quite a few large shops including a supermarket. A rich and delicious breakfast. fair price. Highly recommended

ch bin absolut entsetzt über die Zustände in diesem sogenannten „Hotel“. Auf mehreren Hotelportalen wird das LeoMar Flatrate Hotel in der Blaubeurer Straße weiterhin als reguläres Hotel geführt, obwohl laut aktuellen Medienberichten die Stadt Ulm das Gebäude bereits 2024 für mehrere Millionen Euro gekauft hat, um dort Geflüchtete unterzubringen . Das ist eine absolute Irreführung der Gäste und Kundschaft! Wer versucht, dort zu buchen, wird vermutlich abgezockt oder bekommt am Ende gar kein Zimmer als Tourist – schließlich ist das Haus für Geflüchtete vorgesehen, nicht für Hotelgäste. Die Adresse wird überall als Hotel angegeben, aber in Wahrheit ist das hier nur eine Unterkunft für Geflüchtete. Wie kann das sein? Das ist Betrug an den Kunden! Die Hotelportale müssten das längst korrigieren, tun es aber nicht. Von einem ordentlichen Hotelbetrieb kann keine Rede sein. Das ist eine reine Mogelpackung und Abzocke. Wer hier bucht, wird garantiert enttäuscht – falls überhaupt jemand reinkommt. Finger weg!

Schönes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, auch für Veganer geeignet. Einziges Manko, keine Parkplätze am Haus, dafür muss man ein paar Meter gehen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Zimmer sauber mit allem was man braucht. Lage zentral was einerseits gut ist, andererseits aber Verkehrslärm bedingt. WLAN funktioniert gut. Insgesamt wirkt es aber renovierungsbedürftig. Parkplätze ein gutes Stück entfernt vom Hotel
