I migliori hotel con spa a Tunisi

E'veramente molto buono, la stanza è molto grande e pulita, e ci sono quattro tipi di ghiandole.Le cose del vino amministrativo al quinto piano sono molto deliziose, spesso restiamo nel salone e non vogliamo andare.I dipendenti sono molto entusiasti.

Hotel 5 stelle ma non vale più di 3 e mezza.. Contro: all'arrivo 14:00 attesa 45 min della camera..... asciugamani non presenti (solo 1), carta igienica non presente (dovuta chiedere 2 volte) , frigo vuoto (solo al 3° giorno riempito di bibite varie), 1 telecomando TV non funziona e programmi tv ridotti al limite minimo. Personale reception a dir poco scostante e presuntuosa.... al check out Pro: camere grandi ottimo ristorante; peccato che nell'area non sia possibile bere vino o birra, altrimenti da 10) ci tornerei ? Assolutamente NO !!!

It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

Upon my initial check-in at the hotel, I was met with a reception that I found to be disappointing and quite cold, which was uncharacteristic of the 4 or 5-star reputation the establishment is known for. The service staff at the front desk failed to deliver the warm welcome and professional service that one would typically anticipate from a hotel of such high standing. In spite of the initial letdown, the hotel quickly turned the situation around and demonstrated impeccable damage control and service recovery, following a letter of complaint I sent to the management expressing my dissatisfaction. I must particularly commend the hotel's Operations Manager and Room Supervisor, who provided highly accommodating and service-oriented attention. Their efforts transformed my initial reservations into a positive outlook towards the hotel. I am grateful for their exceptional service orientation and would recommend this hotel to others based on this stellar recovery.

la camera era pulita, spaziosa e comoda, il personale molto accogliente e efficiente. Ho notato alcuni aspetti (non opportunamente un male, ma sicuramente da tenere in conto). Pur apprezzando moltissimo la bottiglia di acqua di cortesia, un giorno non è stata fornita. Contemporaneamente il modo con cui venivano effettuate le pulizie non era costante: un giorno non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani, un altro è stata lasciata la finestra aperta e un altro, come appunto detto, mancava l'acqua di cortesia (non dovuta, lo so, semplicemente l'ho notato). La colazione ottima (eccetto i formaggi). La cena al buffet dozzinale, mentre quella sotto ordinazione ottima. Probabilmente, visto il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo un po' di più, ma va bene.

Many things such as: -The hallways were dark and cold -Had breakfast included however what was given was not sufficient (it was a very limited choice) and not worth the price -Had one of the rooms cleaned without authorisation -Beds were not comfortable -Air con automatically turned on and throughout the stay, the room was cold (this includes even after manually changing the temperature) -Location was secluded and hard to access (e.g. not on the main road) -Invoice received was very confusing and stated visa fee which was nothing to do with the customer but rather the business visa cost Only positive is the decor inside.

I had stayed here a few years back on my regular trips to Tunis. I gave up on them a while ago. The place was old, dirty, living in the 70's. But this time, there was a good offer so I took it up. And I am glad I did, what a change. The rooms have had a complete makeover, light, fresh, plenty of space, modern. The bed is super-comfortable and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. I dined at one of the restaurants and I could easily have been in a very good European restaurant, the service was great and very friendly. I need a good desk space and storage and the rooms have plenty of it. Power points in abundance, including different types for those of us who aren't European. The bathroom was suitable for one person at a time, water pressure wasn't great, in fact, terrible, but that is my only criticism. Over the past 2 years I have struggled with hotels in Tunis, all very sub-standard in the price bracket I want to pay ( c USD 80-120 ), but I have re-discovered Golden TulipEl Mechtel and will now call this home for the foreseeable future, whenever I am in Tunis. Well done folks.

Grazie a Ahmed per questa raccomandazione e per la cura. Non siamo innamorati di questa cura al cliente da tutti i membri della squadra, specialmente il manager di rapporto ospite Wissal! E' andata oltre le aspettative, e ne ha superato soprattutto quando abbiamo condiviso i nostri mangimi, il fatto che le persone si preoccupano di voi e si muovono per riparare qualcosa che spesso non vediamo in Tunisia. Mantenetelo in alto e presto sarete il numero uno nella città!

La stanza non è male, con ampi spazi e grandi finestre, anche la colazione è molto buona e ricca. L'unica cosa strana è che dopo essere rientrati in camera dopo la colazione, tutti gli asciugamani e gli accappatoi sono stati portati via prima del check out, ed è stato inutile fare la doccia. Nel complesso va bene, il livello del servizio deve essere migliorato, il servizio ristorante per la colazione non è male, la camera degli ospiti non può dire
