My stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka'an from October 11-13 was marred by several issues. The room had bugs, and when I raised this concern, they offered to fumigate, which was not a pleasant solution. The quality of food was disappointing, as they served recycled leftovers repeatedly. The transportation within the resort using the trolley system was time-consuming, taking 20-30 minutes to reach amenities. The jacuzzi showed signs of rust, and upon arrival, a strong paint smell was present. My friends and I had planned to celebrate their anniversary and another friend's birthday, but due to these issues, we were all compelled to leave early. Our overall experience was far from luxury.

Very pretty area in the jungle. Everything on property was kept clean and staff was fantastic! Food and drinks were very good! Room was pretty basic but very clean and had everything we needed. Room was quite dark and poor lighting but totally fine for us as we aren’t in our room much anyway. Beach was beautiful and AO infinity pool at Akumal was very nice! Good entertainment/music in the evenings; we loved the silent disco! We had a great, relaxing week and loved the staff!

They placed me next to the railway construction so the noise was day and night. The staff were outstanding, food was great. Despite the mild inconvenience of noise when I was in my room I’d say this place was great. I’d return !

Excellent stay in Bahia Principe Sian Kaan, food was great, hotel staff very friendly and educated.
Room was nice, very spacious good bed, because it was located in ground floor, the curtains did not provide full isolation and we felt a little exposed.
In general it was a good stay and option to return one day.

I loved my stay at Kian Sa’an. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, which was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food at the buffets and pool restaurant were delicious. I was only at the resort for a few days so I only visited two of the specialty dining restaurants. They were okay but I preferred the variety of the buffet. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

Beautiful property, friendly staff and trolley is available to the remaing Bahia Prencipe properties including Bahia Tulum, Bahia Akumel and Bahoa Coba. In my view, Akumel os the best. There are two specialty restaurants but you can also dine at the specialty restaurants at the other properties.

Did not like the check in arrived after midnight and the front desk was only going to give us one double bed , which we argued and finally gave us a king bed which the room was terrible and we had to switch rooms the next day , as I said the night person at arriving desk was like he had a attitude abc really did not care

What I loved most about this hotel was the access to the other hotels. The facility was very quiet and staff was very accommodating and kind. The only this I didn’t like was the lack of availability for reservations at the restaurants. We only were able to eat at the buffet which wasn’t the best but we were able to get reservations at the other hotels restaurants where the food was amazing.

I would like to see the food options In the buffet area a little better and also more leeway with the reservations at the restaurants I will say the restaurant food is 8/10 times better but schedule ahead of time so your able to get one
