Hotel a Tullamarine, Australia

Staying here just for a night thankfully. My partner and I are on a stop over and this seemed like a nice affordable 4 star hotel. How it got rated 4 stars I do not know! Pictures are deceiving, hotel needs an update and desperate facelift outside. Even the room which was an apparent upgrade, is small and dingy. The front was lovely on arrival and gave us a complimentary bottle of red. (which they sell for $42 a bottle). It was crap. I am a big red connoisseur, being from South Australia and I couldn't even drink it. But they tried, which was nice. The hotel manager was rude when I called down to speak to him. Lacked professionalism. And I can safely say I will never stay here again! I would also advise that they finish the renovations in pool area, so it doesn't look so dodgy. I rate this place 3 star at best. I've stayed at 3 star places that are better. Here is hoping that breakfast is at least decent!

Stay was pleasant. Effortless checking in and checking out. Room was clean and well maintained. Location suited to my need well. I definitely would like to stay there again. Suggestion: Please keep salt and pepper in the kitchen cupboard.

This budget hotel exceeds my expectations. It is near to the domestic airport, McDonald's, supermarket, etc. The sleep quality is excellent since the bedding and pillows are all comfortable. It will keep you warm during winter.

Our stay here was amazing, the apartment was big and spacious even equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Overall the hotel is very new and clean, and right next to a small shopping mall with a grocery store, eateries and a cinema. It is rather far from melbourne city area but easy to get to with a cab.

The Quest team were friendly, helpful, informative. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Very comfortable apartment. Good closet space, shower good and bed very comfortable. I recommend this for long and short stays; Highpoint is within walking distance and the Italian across the road is a great food option.

Staff were friendly, good location and within walking distance to the supermarket. The cabin was very clean with comfortable beds and kitchen was complete with cooking utensils. Iron n ironing board were also provided. Highly recommended. 🇸🇬

Great location & excellent to be notified of shuttle to airport departure gate. Service was excellent & lovely to know it's still as good as our last visit. Facilities were good but bathroom a little outdated. Would definitely stay again.

The price is reasonable but what you are expected is a budget motel. Very centralised location and convenient to different places. The hotel is just off to the main road which is quite noisy throughout day and night. Even at 11pm at night or 6am in the morning, you would expect the tram and car noise. No room service at this moment. You can ask for new linen if it’s a long stay but it’s not encouraged. Limited sanitary and toiletries supply in the room. You need to ask all the time. ( only a few packs of shampoo are provided. No conditioner or shower gel) No complimentary bottle of water are provided. Room is a bit dusty. Bed is hard not very comfy. Car space is available but the entrance through the arcade is quite narrow to manoeuvre your car in. Sound proof system from room to room is not great. You should pray for a good neighbour who don’t come back in the midnight. This so called hotel is a budget motel standard. You don’t expect too much. A short stay is fine.

Very convenient for airport transfers, room was clean and adequate. A bit pricey compared to hotels in the CBD, but you pay for the convenience I guess.

Best Western Melbourne Airport is a fantastic place to stay pre or post air travel, especially when you have an early or late departure or arrival. This was our second visit and both times it was immaculately clean, exceptionally comfy and very quiet. The shuttle service is great, a quick call on arrival and in about 10 mins the BW mini-bus is there to pick you up - or schedule drop-off to the airport with the friendly faces at reception - too easy. Very affordable for the facilities and services provided. Highly recommend!
