Tucson: hotel con bar

I am writing this review mainly to thank a few specific people who made our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast staff were wonderful, attentive, and friendly offering a large variety of foods and beverages. Each morning, Augustine was exceptional by greeting everyone with his wonderful smile and kind disposition. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job! I also appreciated Alan at the front desk who listened to my concerns about housekeeping and handled everything in a professional and caring manner. As we were checking out after our five night stay, the manager, AJ, made sure to ask how everything was and genuinely cared about our stay. She does a great job with her staff and guests.

My husband & I stayed at Tanque Verde for two nights. The ranch is a beautiful place, but our experience there did not live up to expectations. We enjoyed a Casita in Javelina Heights. The room included a king and a twin bed. The best part of the room and stay were the two large windows with sweeping views of the mountains and sunset with two comfy chairs to enjoy the sights. This was why I selected the room, and it did not disappoint. The bed was comfy, and the bath was roomy. The parking was inhibited, because another couple kept double-parking. Please note, there are no TVs in the rooms. This is an all-inclusive property with many activities to choose from, but they do offer other options. We selected one that only included breakfast, because we had other activities lined up. Here are the disappointments during our stay. Our room was the middle room in a three room building. There are connecting doors. Through these connecting doors, we could hear the crying baby from one room and the morning smoker’s cough from the other. The WiFi was worse than spotty. Our room had coffee grounds on the bathroom counter when we arrived, and after a maid service (with generous tip), the coffee grounds were still not cleaned up. Popcorn dropped on the floor was also not swept up. The included breakfast was good, but the fruit was not fresh and some plates were dirty. The Saturday Cowboy Cookout was festive & fun, but I found dirty plates on the buffet there, too. I had really looked forward to our stay but came away mostly disappointed. Only the view didn’t disappoint.

Mi è piaciuta molto la camera e la vasca idromassaggio. Anche la colazione era incredibile.

Very friendly, personable staff in lobby and breakfast restaurant; attentive and pleasant, which brightened a difficult weekend for me, visiting an ailing parent. Super nice and clean remodeled room; good sized bathroom and nice, big pool I used twice; really great central location too. Would definitely stay here again!

I attended a conference at the resort, which is stunning, along with its restaurant and fitness center. One thing that truly impressed me was the assistance we received while preparing for our exhibit. Our packages were mistakenly delivered by UPS to a nearby condo instead of the resort. The head of shopping and security, a young man named Al or Alex, was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to locate our ten packages, retrieved them from the condo, and delivered them to our booth. It was these small gestures that made a big difference, allowing me to overlook my room issues and appreciate Al’s dedication to ensuring we had a great experience with our attendees.

Posto molto bello, c'è un sacco di cose da fare, le camere sono molto pulite e confortevoli. Il personale addetto al parcheggio può essere un po' più gentile e disponibile. Ma nel complesso il resto del personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Buona esperienza, consiglierei di soggiornare in un posto bellissimo come questo.

Il personale è tutto incredibile.Amore essere in grado di avere un weekend di giardino qui. piscina e spa sono grandi. La colazione è ben servita. Il menu del pranzo provato aveva BLT involucro.

This was an awesome find in the desert ️ close to down down and the 4th ave district. Angela at the front desk was an absolute gem, she is a real keeper. The courtyard area was a nice touch and the hot tub was wonderful. If we ever find ourselves back in Tucson we will try this spot again.
