Le strutture sono molto buone, ha una cucina e un'area comune. Inoltre fornisce tè, caffè e snack gratuiti. Tuttavia la cucina comune chiude alle 22:00, il che è un po' scomodo. Anche il WiFi è un po' debole, a volte il telefono non riesce a connettersi.

Ottima posizione, non lontano dal centro della città e non lontano dai migliori ristoranti! bel ripetitore! c'è solo un bagno e una doccia su ogni piano, il che a volte può essere troppo piccolo. Per noi ha funzionato! Siamo riusciti a vedere l'aurora boreale dalla nostra finestra!

Ottima esperienza in questa struttura che si trova a 5 minuti dal centro di Tromsø, dove sono ubicati tutti i ristoranti, negozi di souvenir, ecc… Le camere piccole ma ordinate e carine e soprattutto pulite. C’è anche una cucina comune dove poter lasciare le proprie cose e cucinare qualcosa, e una sola dove mangiare e dove la struttura ti offre bevande e biscotti. Alle 17 compare anche l’angolo waffle!!!! Un grande grazie alla ragazza della reception, gentilissima e prodiga di consigli.

L'albergo è fantastico. Le aree comuni sono ordinate e ben tenute. Bagno pulito. Grande cucina se vuoi cucinare qualcosa. Puoi camminare ovunque a Tromsø in 10 minuti. Caffè, tè e biscotti sono gratuiti. E tutti i giorni dalle 16 alle 19 potrete preparare i waffle gratuitamente. Che bella idea! Siamo rimasti totalmente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno e dell'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Ottima posizione. Il personale è fantastico e offre ottimi consigli su ristoranti e attività. Sala pausa/pasto con caffè, tè, biscotti disponibili tutto il giorno, ottimo. Vicinanza alla città e a tutti i trasporti pubblici. Lo consiglio senza alcuna esitazione. Grazie.

We had really bad experience in this hotel. I don't understand how this hotel could have a good review, small and smelly rooms, bugs in the bed, dirty and old kitchen. When we checked in and went to the room there were a rubbish in the bathroom, smelly and very small room, there were not even space to open the suitcase, but that is not the worse yet. First night we had bed bugs in the bed and I had a lot of bites. We inform to the reception and the receptionist kindly move us to another hotel, but the damage was already done I got Cellulitis infection from the bites, pain, itchiness. We asked to talk to the manager and the receptionist tell us that there were not a manager at that time but she would inform them about this matter. I went to the emergency and I have been hospitalised for the severity of the infection. We were in Tromso only for 3 days to see the northern lights but I spent my time in the Hospital. We never been contacted by the management at this matter until we sent 2 emails to them and finally got an answer. They refund the hotel stay, which was very logic and never paid the pharmacy bill and did not answering to my email any more. I only get 2 emails from them, one of which saying that they are closing the case. After being back I still had to take antibiotics for one week and wasn't able to work. We are very disappointed of that unprofessional and ignoring treat. I leave this long comment in here because I don't want any other guests go through the same that I went through. That was the worse hotel experience I ever had.
