Solo una vera denuncia è il cameriere di fronte Steve. Essere l'unica persona in linea mentre l'altro agente mi aiutava un cliente davanti a me invece di aiutarmi a controllare in lui decise che era più importante andare in giro a parlare male dei suoi altri collaboratori e fare lavoro occupato. Mentre aspettava pazientemente, finalmente mi salutava dopo essere stato li' per 20 minuti che sarebbe “sì con me presto”. Dopo aver aspettato un altro 10-15 minuti era pronto a “aiutarmi” se lo chiamassi. Ha iniziato il controllo in corso non riusciva a ricordare il mio nome dopo aver chiesto tre volte quale fosse il nome di prenotazione fu spostato due volte senza dire nulla e poi sarebbe tornato e chiedere le stesse domande finalmente la seconda volta il desk front Il manager ha fatto un passo e ha finito il processo, e ha offerto due bevande gratis, sono sicuro perché poteva vedere la frustrazione in faccia. Anche se Steve ha rovinato l'inizio del soggiorno l'hotel e le strutture e il resto del personale erano sorprendenti, così amichevole e sopra le cose.

La nostra camera non era pronta, ma ci hanno preso la cella # & ci hanno invitato a goderci le strutture dell'hotel fino a quando non era pronta. Ci siamo seduti vicino alla piscina per circa 45 minuti di gioia del bellissimo giorno, rilassati sulle abbondanti sedie del salone. Ci sono stati chiamati a farci sapere che la nostra stanza era pronta. Daniel ci ha controllato e ci ha dato i dettagli dell'hotel. Non aveva mai avuto problemi di ottenere un parcheggio. Tutti i membri del personale che abbiamo incontrato erano amici e utili. Abbiamo ancora qualche notte qui e siamo emozionati di aver trovato questo posto. Abbiamo già pianificato di tornare.

Il personale era molto bello, il cibo era grande, la piscina era fantastica e le camere dove erano pulite e spaziose.Abbiamo tutti avuto un bel tempo solo quello che vorrei fosse musica in diretta.
