Nessuna sorpresa, nessun piacere. Come si prevedeva, abbiamo prenotato un posto pratico, con parcheggio (non si è reso conto che il canone overnight è di 6 sterline come spesso è gratuito presso Premier Inn per gli ospiti overnight) e le strutture standard. Le tende da bagno hanno un odore di pulizia standard. La colazione è un po' sgradita, come la maggior parte del Premier Inn può fare un colazione completo inglese meglio cotta. Dato il nostro scopo e la posizione dell'hotel, ci fermeremmo di nuovo.

Hotel is fine, not cheap for what you get, but at least the restaurant is good (for dinner) and near the airport. What I don't get is, if you pay extra for Breakfast (and it's expensive), you still need to pay again more to get some coffee (espresso or cappuccino), why? Also the breakfasts buffet doesn't offer much choices, and quality is so-so. A pity!

Il soggiorno in questo hotel è stato una splendida esperienza . Siamo una famiglia di 3 e abbiamo dovuto avere una camera accessibile a causa del recente danno di mio marito. Mi è stato piuttosto sorpreso di vedere la dimensione della stanza! È super spazioso, ha 2 grandi finestre. Sono mezza apertura che è un grande senso per me (in le mie precedenti recensioni dico sempre che odio le finestre chiuse senza ossigeno all'interno 😃). Il bagno ha 2 cuscinetti : per l'utente della sedia a rotelle e per la persona piena in piedi che è il comfort superiore . Gli asciugamani , lo shampoo e altre perche' sono il mio amore da Hilton. Le pillole sono meravigliose (un'ulteriore richiesta di nulla ho per gli hotel ). Un'altra cosa carina è che il parcheggio è gratuito (vedi parchi gratuiti in questo paese?😆) Non abbiamo ottenuto il colazione come è inglese e non mangiamo maiale.Ma tutto il resto è super meraviglioso!

I demand a refund asap!! I stayed here in February 2024 and was rudely awoken by a police officer at 2am after a disturbance in the room next to me. (9th floor exec lounge) I mistakenly gave them another chance for one night this summer, after a great night in the exec lounge, I had a shower and attempted to get into bed only to find blood speckled all over the bedsheets. The prices this hotel charges, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum to be expected!
