Hotel was what you pay for. Room was out dated, some items broken. Breakfast was okay

Fast check in, free room upgrade and good parking. Clean and spacious room. I will consider again in the future. Team stop on a couple of minutes walk away, ideal for getting into Manchester quickly

We had a leaky floor. And fhe shower wouldnt drain. And the area around was rough

The excellent rating is for wonderful reception staff. My room wasn't ready at check-in time but they explained why (outwith their control) and offered complimentary drink/food discount etc. which was appreciated but not required. I would definitely stay again.

We was situated in the cottage which is OUTSIDE of the hotel. The place smelt like cigarettes and felt quite unsafe. There was a lot of hair on the pillows and duvet sheets. Wouldn’t visit again.

Pleasant enough stay. Room was very spacious and the beds were huge! Not in the best of areas and hotel was a little run down. That being said, for the price paid it was completely acceptable

The soundproofing in this hotel was horrible, can easily listened what your neighbours was doing.
Also, it’s located next to the metrolink and it might have some disturbances.

Food was good but there us no communication between staff and manager clearly needs getvthus right as our table was reserved but we had no table. The waiters where constantly looking confused and getting orders wrong. But food was worth waiting for. Hitel nice on in side but in a run down area with nothing around it . Clean . Room nice.
