Hotel in zona Envol des Pionniers, Tolosa

Yes, I had a good idea what to expect when I booked, so I can't say I was surprised at what was offered, but I was still left feeling disappointed. Let's start with the positives. The hotel staff were friendly, although not particularly enthousiastic, and my room was clean, as was the shower and the bedding. Unfortunately, that's about it. Things almost started badly in finding the hotel, as it is cunningly concealed behind trees, and if coming from the peripherique, there is no signage. The decor throughout is awful, and I didn't like walking past piled up bags of (presumably) dirty linen in the hallway. The room itself was very small, with an ensuite shower/WC, and there was little or no room to move around the bed (the only furniture in the room). There is no wardrobe space so, as I was staying to two nights, I had to put my clothing on the bed - not ideal. The shower was OK, but there is no room to dry oneself (assuming you've remembered to bring a towel). I had to sleep with the GF window open as the AC unit was too noisy, so was frequently woken by noisy guests outside. The bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was very basic and, if you want coffee, be prepared to get up to ask the staff member to use their pass each time you want a cup. Finally, I didn't think my hotel room was cheap and at the end of the day, not value for money. Sorry, F1, but I won't be coming back.

PUNTI FORTI: - Simpatie, sorriso e benvenuto di tutte le squadre. - Concetto Mama Shelter al top: qualità e ambiente del ristorante (privilegio giovedì sera a sabato sera per godere delle animazioni). - Camera originale e confortevole. - Molto buon posto per godere di Toulouse. AMELIORABILE: - Quando siamo arrivati, ci è sorpreso che il ristorante (di notte o di domenica Brunch) fosse talvolta quasi completo... Dovremmo avvertire i clienti prima della loro arrivo (applicazione o posta). Per garantire ai clienti dell'hotel una priorità di accesso rispetto ai clienti esterni, occorrerebbe mantenere una percentuale di posti. - Vetro di benvenuto (cliente GOLD): una piccola bottiglia di succo di mela e cookie nella stanza ... Ma niente indica che non sia lo stesso regalo per tutti i clienti dell'hotel ... Quindi deluso su questo punto.

All'estremità della città, è molto vuoto intorno. Le strutture dell'hotel sono generalmente vuote, il parcheggio è gratuito, il servizio è buono, prendo un deposito di 100 euro, ma per una settimana, non sono tornati al conto originale, ho chiesto all'hotel che era la ragione della banca, non so se, aspetta un attimo.

Located right in the center of everything. Great access to activities and sights. Could not ask for a better location. Great Staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Terrific breakfast. Great selection and superb quality. I wish I could eat there every day! Decent room. I would stay here again, except for one thing. My only complaint was the Air Conditioning was turned off for the season, which meant a hot room with poor sleep. And poor sleep is not a desirable feature in a hotel room! While the windows did open, being in a room on Floor 1 along rue Romiguières means keeping the window open isn't a real option, as the constant roar of scooters (which is completely absorbed when the windows are closed) prevented that. SO I would stay there again but would call first to see if they have the AC turned off. If it is, I will stay elsewhere.

*Accueil et Service:* L'arrivée à 16h s'est déroulée rapidement avec un check-in efficace. Cependant, des frais de 3,60€ par nuit et une caution de 150€ ont été demandés. Une fiche récapitulative des services proposés par l'hôtel était fournie. Il est important de réserver un créneau horaire pour le spa/hammam. La salle de remise en forme est bien équipée avec des horaires étendus. *Chambre:* Mon appart-hôtel offrait un grand lit double, une baignoire, une planche à repasser avec fer, un coffre-fort, un aspirateur et une TV. La kitchenette était bien équipée avec réfrigérateur, machine à café, vaisselle, plaques, grille-pain et bouilloire, ainsi qu'un micro-ondes. *Emplacement:* La proximité de l'hôtel à deux minutes à pied de la gare est extrêmement pratique. *Propreté:* Tout était impeccable à mon arrivée, avec un service de ménage quotidien. *Remarques:* Cependant, l'établissement pourrait améliorer la disponibilité des produits d'hygiène tels que le rasoir pour Monsieur, la brosse à dent et le dentifrice. Les échantillons de gel douche-shampoing étaient assez petits. Le sèche serviettes ne fonctionnait pas. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été agréable, mais quelques petites améliorations pourraient rendre l'expérience encore meilleure. Je n'ai passé qu'une nuit dans cet établissement.

Cette hôtel et au top en tout et il a tout à côté restaurant centre commercial carrefour et d'autre magasin. Un très bon hôtel à prix accessible l'accueil au top ils sont à votre écoute.. L'hygiène et au top...

Purtroppo è stata un'esperienza deludente per la troppa confusione e caos notturno. Chiaro è che non dipende dall'hotel, ma dalla maleducazione degli ospiti. Una cosa, però, è che le stanze non sono abbastanza insonorizzate. La stanza in se è carina e confortevole, ma purtroppo ne va della qualità del sonno.
