La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, l'altra parte è la stazione ferroviaria, la stazione di autobus a lungo raggio e la stazione metropolitana.Inoltre, la sicurezza dell'hotel è anche molto rigorosa. È necessario prendere una carta prima della porta dell'hotel. Tuttavia, il sistema di aria condizionata della stanza non può regolare se stesso. L'aria fredda e il riscaldamento si convertiranno a causa della temperatura. La stanza è molto calda, molto rapida e non comoda.Inoltre, il corridoio del piano è in grado di insegnare la luce, ma l'intuizione del corridoio non è sensibile, spesso è nero e un po'terribile.

I wasn't sure what to expect as Toulouse is a big, bustling, crowded city but as it turned out I was pleasantly surprised. Reception (Euan and other staff) were on the ball and very welcoming A good start! Our room had excellent AirCon..an absolute must I Toulouse which is so hot..day after day..even in September. The room was large, comfortable, fridge included and comfortable bed. Guests had access to fresh towels and bedding from Laundrey Room as needed. It was also a quiet room. The breakfasts were basic and adequate. We did like the large garden area out the back which was a tranquile oasis in the midst of a bustling city. We often sat in the garden where we would drink the free self- serve coffee which is available 24/7 Our only concern was that a large overseas work party were at the hotel during our stay It was a minor concern but each morning they seemed to be everywhere in the breakfast room and we were left with few seats. As it turned out, we went to breakfast at a later time so as to avoid the large crowd So not sure if large work project teams use the Citadines as a base. I will ask next time I'm here Yes, I would return and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

👍🏻 La prima volta in appartamento hotel, lo studio è grande con 1 soggiorno cucina e una camera. La cucina è super attrezzata e si può fare tutto: dal caffè ai uova al piatto. Il frigorifero permette di stoccare acquisti alimentari. 👍🏽 Aria condizionata e riscaldamento inclusi. Calore delle camere. L'hotel è ben servito da autobus e metro per andare al centro della città, e intorno ci sono negozi, biscotti, superetta, kebab oz bar. 👎 Molto cattivo letto e coperte erano piene di capelli dei vecchi clienti. Anche il pavimento aveva una coperta di pecora, e i tendini erano a metà rotta, ma si possono usare le parti rotanti per preservarsi la sera.

Siamo stati quattro giorni in questo residence ed è stata un'ottima scelta: pulito,comodo e con cucina super attrezzata (microonde, forno, bollitore, tostapane, piastre a induzione). A cinque minuti di cammino ci sono negozi, e un grande e fornito supermercato è a ca.un chilometro di distanza

The only positive I can find with this place is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is not the best - a run down area about 20-30 mins walk from the old town. The towels had holes in them. The sheets were clean but the pillows were lumpy (and only one provided per person) and the mattress was thin. The bed was a double bed but the bed head and side tables built for a queen size. Carpet thin and sticky. Wall trims falling off. No floor safe, broken sink plug. Window could open but no way to keep it open so no fresh air possible. Air conditioning did work which was a blessing. The stench in the room from the drains was overpowering- alleviated to some extent by a jug of boiling water and a squirt of dishwashing liquid in each drain. The breakfast was basically continental but the coffee undrinkable. There was a small fridge in the room with some basic equipment but no tea or coffee or milk provided. One washing machine, dryer and iron for the entire hotel (located in the basement). One lift with queues at check out and check in. Overall a very tired hotel in a poor location.

Quindi, sapendo che in linea generale sono soddisfatta del mio soggiorno e che consiglio la struttura, ho anche questo a firmare punti positivi e negativi. - la struttura è pulita e anche le camere eccetto per la cucina (è stato sale nel piatto dei coperchi) - il colazione non è male ma a livello del ”salato” non c'era molto - il personale era gentile e disponibile ma non forniva alcuna informazione di propria iniziativa (per esempio chiedere se si voleva una carta, se si doveva avere qualcosa per la stanza come un letto paraprezzato visto che mi hanno visto con un bambino... Nessuna proposta!) È il punto più grande negativo...per esempio, nessuno ti dice che la camera non sarebbe pulita da nessuno (malgrado il flyer posé nella SDB che spiega di posare le serviette nella doccia se si vuole dei serviette proprie...noi l’abbiamo fatto e in fine de jour on les a toujours retrouvés dans la douche....grasse déception et colère vu le prix qui correspond à un prix d’hôtel...) Il costo del parcheggio è di 8€ per notte e il colazione è di 12€ Il letto è confortevole e gli spazi comuni molto simpatico. Non dimenticare il WiFi gratuito e che funziona molto bene. Se non l’hotel è simpatico, recente e nonostante tutto penso di tornare e pe conseil.

Molti spazi, apparecchi per cucinare (ma nessun caffè offerto nella stanza come altri hotel in Francia, si offerto sul primo piano in qualsiasi momento. Non ho trovato nemmeno le manette). La stazione ferroviaria, che mi ha adattato, è vicina al centro, ma non è la persona più bella della terra. Il hotel è molto conveniente per il vostro soggiorno (ma ne rimuove una stella dal mio ranking). Supermercato 2 isolati. Quello che mi piaceva più è la grande stanza. Infine, un posto dove potresti muoversi, lasciare le tue borse, estendere le braccia.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

Un soggiorno breve ma piacevole per me. Il personale è efficiente e disponibile, e soprattutto un grande 🙏🏼 grazie a Carlos che mi ha aiutato nella mia ricerca, in questa magnifica città che sto conoscendo. Colazione a buffet molto amichevole e 100% biologica! 👍👍 L'unico inconveniente è la vista…sul cantiere proprio davanti alla mia finestra ma fortunatamente il rumore è mimetizzato dai doppi vetri 👍

Buon appartamento, a poche distanza dal centro e con tutte le comodità. Colazione facoltativa, un po' costosa. Camera luminosa e ampia, letti confortevoli. Parcheggio facoltativo per 12 € a notte.
