This hotel has a good location. We appreciated the access to Hotel Ritual. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the ac was cold. The only thing requiring attention is the clarity of the pool water. The staff was super friendly, including the chef. We would stay here again.

Exceptionally friendly clean hotel catering for adults only for a basic 3* hotel was very impressed. We stayed off season so there was limited entertainment but they have a sister hotel which was more lively. Breakfasts were pleasant though the same each day. Would stay again

Spent only 1 night but was impressed how the hotel has improved since my first visit. I first stayed a few days after it opened March 2022 and then there was a lot of snagging issues. My only issue was the lack of English speaking channels on the TV.

Hotel is very well placed in centre of town. Rooms are clean but they are in serious need of updating they’ve just painted over the old tiles etc and wood work in bathrooms etc is all very damaged not a real issue but also not great. Rooftop and pool area is small but fab decent city views, didn’t get a chance to eat in the restaurant but looked good. Reception staff most were very friendly the blonde lady needs a personality update very rude and no interest in hotel guest. The biggest plus is we could use the facilities in ritual ( where we would have stayed only it was booked out for our dates ) no comparison on quality between both, rituals much better experience.

The hotel requires a major refurbishment. Notwithstanding that, there are some substantive points that really make it overpriced, ie one doesn’t get value for money. Substantively: - bathroom: very bare and I’ll designed. The fan not working, making it stuffy if the door is not open. Not a single shelf to put stuff on. Shower holder set far too high to make it at all functional. The door cannot be shut as the part of the handle was missing. - bedroom: no side lamps, just the glaring top lighting. Aircon set poorly - blowing directly onto the bed. Space for cloths very basic. No drawers. No safe. Blackout curtains could be better. - balcony - external aircon unit blows hot air directly onto a table and two chairs. Refurbishment notes: There is a lot of patch-up plastering and wood work visible. Quiet amateurish. The entrance door shows signs of having been broken into, with very amateurish attempt to repair the damage. Positives ; cleaning staff excellent - very friendly and efficient/ effective. Overall, we’d be ok if we had to pay up to EUR 50. That would have been a fair price for what we got. That’s c half the price of what we paid.

Probably the worst hotel experience of my life. Location is fine, a short walk from the train station. For the most part it was quiet until the final night when the person in the room beside me who had a dog seemingly had a hookup with someone else who had a dog. The dogs didn't get on so there was barking for an impressively long time, and one was quarantined to the balcony. Back to my experience, my room on the third floor stank for the entire week of my visit. Like a mixture of mould, damp and fish. One day I came back and the smell had vanished, the room smelled clean. Sadly I discovered that whoever had cleaned my room had sprayed some cleaning solution over a brand new t-shirt I had bought for this trip. The material has dyed spray marks all over the back and is not wearable. Almost as if it has been sprayed with bleach but when speaking with the hotel I was aggressively told they do not use bleach. Every day the cleaning standards were extremely varied, but would always have that fish odor mentioned above. One night I came back to my room about 1/2am and the fuse box in my room was emitting an extremely loud continuous beep. Fortunately when I went to reception there was a maintenance man who was able to disconnect the alarm within minutes, and two guys came back the next day to fix it properly. I could go on about the issues but can't be arsed. I'll be coming back to Torremelinos but won't be staying here.

Love this Hotel in the best place ever for bars restaurants and the shops we like the walk down to the lovely soft sandy beach using the famous steps that are gradual with bars shops and market stalls on them and it gives you a bit of exercise (too much food and drink) or you can use the lift which is 0.50c each. the rooftop pool, bar and solarium are great and nicely done. The staff friendly and nothing to much trouble, spotlessly clean what more can you ask for at the prices they charge we are booking this hotel again for the San Migel festival at the end of September

If you are expecting a hotel of the standard of its sister Hotel Ritual you may well be disappointed (but it does tend to be cheaper). It is well-positioned for the centre of town (though to use the facilities of Hotel Ritual is maybe a 15 min walk). Friendly staff, comfortable beds, good aircon/heating, well-cleaned rooms. My room lacked a fridge, and bizarrely no mini milk cartons to make tea or coffee and no bedside lights (you have a choice of being floodlight by the central ceiling fitting or the overly bright LED ***** above the bed!) Problems I had – a shower that flooded out into the bedroom and a missing plug - were sorted by staff (but did involve a change of room). The rooftop pool was also out-of-action. Hotel Sireno could be rather a stylish boutique-style hotel - but a number of missing things that a visitor might reasonably expect and the rather slapdash décor made it rather a mixed experience.

his hotel is at best 2 star, depending on which room you get. I rejected the first room they offered as it was dirty and in bad condition. The hotel rep chap could speak good English until I complained about the room....google translate got my views across very quickly as I pointed out the defects/condition of the room. They changed our room to a cleaner room - which had its own faults as the shower flooded first time it was used, and they had to get the maintenance guy into to fix the shower drain. The air con unit gave you a sore throat when used. Most of the staff were friendly and pleasant, and the location was good. Would i say here again....no chance.
