The environment of the hotel was very great, with small swimming pool, large garden around. The room was very dark indeed and not suitable for any reading at night. The hotel location was hidden within a cluster of houses. It may not be easy for identification. Service was great and staff attitude was great.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Interesting historic buildings but lacks the modern amenities and features such as USB charger and bedside switches. It’s a great choice if you want to stay away from San Jose downtown.

It was good hotel . Location was nice. Price was excellent. Only issue we had was our room lost power middle of night. But it could be one time issue.

A step back into the elegance at the turn of the century, the Hayes Mansion represents the grace and grandeur of the turn of the 20th century. Surroundings are luscious, the buildings are beautiful, rooms are graceful and refined. Staff is welcoming and hospitable, prices are surprisingly reasonable for the value received.

酒店位置在san jose 南面，酒店環境很不錯，入住的是主樓對面的副樓，房間整潔、乾淨，也很寬敞，衹是離市中心有點距離，周圍餐飲一般般。停車15刀，車位很多。

強烈建議大家忽略掉這個酒店。 酒店沒有主動提供拖鞋等，可以理解，但是如果説顧客打電話，理直氣壯的説我們酒店根本就沒有一次性拖鞋，這還是第一次，畢竟是四星級酒店，非常震驚。接下來看到提示，正常的酒店打掃要自己跟前台説，雖然不收費，但是如果你不精通英文，估計都不知道為什麼住兩晚會沒服務員來打掃衞生整理房間。如果説疫情期間，那完全可以理解，問題是現在跟Covid-19已經毫無關係，仍舊如此就無法理解了。 早餐是包括在房費內的，仍舊要我簽字，我在單據上特意寫明房費包括早餐，請不要額外刷卡，照刷不誤，經過攜程處理才退回，我去前台的時候，還理直氣壯的説我們都是這麼操作的，先刷卡再退回，這不是耍**是什麼，她估計想不到我們中國的信用卡有微信提醒，其他國家沒這個，估計好久都發現不了，那就不了了之了。 這個酒店廁所下水也有問題，有嚴重的水漬味道，房間跟描述的尺寸不符，小很多。 唯一的就是這個酒店是美國曆史酒店，房子本身有歷史韻味，花園也很大，其他都不值得。 請大家避雷，不要選擇這個酒店。
