Hotel Peppers

What a find,a jewel in the crown,on a weekend trip to Torquay I found this paradise, Hotel Peppers run by husband and wife team Sanjeev and Sabita,this hotel is amazing,what a location just up from the centre and harbour,it was a delight on entering,the decor is superlative,my room recently refurbished was immaculate,everything you can ask for nothing spared to make your stay enjoyable and my drop down balcony so easy to use giving a beautiful view,I can't fault it,highly recommended don't miss this one,honestly and the breakfast is to die for

Excellent B&B. Central location. 5min walk to shops & harbour. Breakfast very good with good choices. Very clean and comfortable with nothing too much trouble for owners, in order to make your stay a perfect one. They are excellent hosts & they are always happy to go the extra mile to help. Cannot praise them enough & would be happy to return at any time.

We last stayed here in 2008, came back because of the great location, only a 5 minute walk to the harbour. The place is immaculate, beautifully modernised, and the (new to us) owners are lovely. We didn't have breakfast as we like a lie in but I like this is now optional. Have booked a return visit for next summer

The interior was so clean we thought it had just been renovated. Everything spotless, linen carpets etc felt new Breakfast was amazing! Awesome location within walking distance of the riviera. Added bonus was free parking behind the hotel The owner and his wife were fantastic hosts

Our first visit to Torquay for 32 years so we were pleased that we found such an excellent place to stay. Ideally placed within a short walk of the town centre, harbour and South West Coastal Path. The hotel is spotless and the hosts welcoming. Very good breakfast to start the day. Lovely guests lounge for the rainy days. We will definitely be staying there again when we next visit.

We stayed at Hotel Peppers for 4 nights. We had a very enjoyable stay, the only downside was that the room and en suite bathroom were rather small. That apart, our hosts were very welcoming and friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was superb - plenty of choice and perfectly cooked. Also, the location is ideal - close to the harbour front and a wide choice of restaurants in the vicinity.

The couple that run this hotel are the most attentive caring, kind people I have ever met and they run the hotel single-handed they made our stay very comfortable and they were very welcoming. The room was immaculate. The hotel was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was beautiful and soft. The pillows were fantastic and In the shower with powerful the breakfast in the morning was 10 out of 10. Attention to detail is fantastic even the serviettes have the hotel printed on them as well as the glass on top of the tables in the restaurant area. I would recommend this extremely easily. It is the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in hundreds I would definitely definitely go back.

We stayed for Easter and again had a great stay. The room even had a see view from the Velux roof balcony. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was lovely and warm without being too hot. Tea and coffee makings were in the room with a kettle, even a hairdryer for us to use. In our room we had two chairs and a large TV too. Now for me the highlight was the breakfast, its so well cooked and wonderful quality. No sauce required for me on it. The scrambled eggs are the best I have had. We could have cereals before our cooked breakfast and help ourselves to toast. The hotel is a short walk from lots of restaurants and the harbour too. The owners are such lovely people and nothing is too much trouble for them. Would recommend to anyone and will be rebook here soon as we have spare holiday.

Just up the road from the lovely harbour … plenty of bars and coffee shops around the town …..
