Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

到酒店時沒有人幫忙拿行李，只有一個員工忙着代客泊車。到了前台辦入住員工態度也很官方，談不上冷漠或者熱情，我和朋友帶着孩子分別定了兩間房被告知不在同一樓層，需要都加錢升級才能安排到同一樓層，毫無親子友好感，整體缺乏柏悦該有的服務品質。房間不算寬敞，進門處的走廊比較窄小，隔音一般，冰箱噪音很大，也能聽到地鐵經過的聲音。17樓的bar view不錯，雞尾酒有特色也好喝。地理位置很方便，出門就是名品街和博物館。

酒店房間整潔優越 員工服務周到，而且又有小禮品 地理位置方面比較近地鐵站 酒店亦有專車來往市中心，所以到唐人街旅遊很方便

對於這個價位來説屬實一般 後來到酒店另外升級的套房 就原來的房間來説 房間過小 平平無奇 看不出柏悦的豪華 唯一説的上的也就是洗護品牌是lelabo. 但升級的套房相比下就更有性價比 客廳書房化粧間以及包含了兩個廁所 都自然的被隔開 佈局很不錯.

柏悦酒店位於市中心，出腳很放便，周圍各樣餐食很多，大型百貨商店也很多，酒店屬老牌國際連鎖酒店，服務非常好，有中文接待服務，房間設施很新，十七層有觀光酒吧，可觀嘗多倫多市中心，早餐西式精緻但要點餐。

Staff很Friendly啦 位置也好 但是會有地鐵經過的聲音 如果不抗噪音的就需要慎重了

房間很大，位置也特別好，下次來多倫多還會入住

位置無與倫比的優秀，工作人員都很禮貌，熱情，作為“潔癖”對衞生也感到很滿意。缺點有二：***這個房間的地鐵聲音太大，每幾分鐘就有一趟地鐵從地下通過，非常吵！衞生間淋浴水量太小，很不痛快。因此如果再來的話，還是***和類似房間是肯定不選擇了。

房間配套設施很好，服務很到位！

非常好的體驗感，位置太棒啦，下樓就可以逛街！
