As part of hotel group commitment and in line with sustainability efforts, hotel is no longer pro-actively provide single-use products, however, whenver necessary, we are pleased to delivery to guest room timely, thank you for your kind understanding and supporting. Meanwhile, we sincerely apologize for lack of umbrellas in Concierge, more backup umbrellas are under purchasing, at the same time, guests are suggested to take the umbrella which has been prepared in guest rooms in advance.
