Hotel in zona Harwood Park, Toronto

Prima di tutto, atteggiamento di servizio MALE. Quando ho fatto il check-out, il personale della reception stava giocando con il telefono e mi ha ignorato. Il personale delle pulizie ci ha accusato di non aver pulito il letto in modo che lei non potesse rifarlo. Lo capisco, ma il suo atteggiamento è pessimo. Sono stato offeso. Inoltre, l'allarme antincendio è suonato intorno alle 00:30! Sebbene sia un problema inevitabile, ha comunque influito sul nostro riposo. Ultimo ma non meno importante, ho prenotato per 4 notti. L'hotel ci ha fornito 2 bottiglie d'acqua il primo giorno. Quindi ci farebbe pagare l'acqua nel resto dei giorni. Stavo pensando che se un giorno avessi fatto un controllo, avrei ricevuto 8 bottiglie d'acqua gratis. !!!!!

Sono arrivato all'hotel poco dopo le 9:00 quando il mio volo è arrivato prima di quanto si potesse aspettare. Era piovendo e freddo. Mi chiedevo se avessero una stanza che mi avrebbe dato presto e si' hanno fatto 😁😃😄I è stato immediatamente controllato e dato una stanza sul 29° piano. La camera era bella con vista sulla CN TOWER. Non c'era niente. La camera era completamente attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole. Tutto il personale che ho incontrato durante il mio soggiorno di 4 notti era molto piacevole e utile. Aspetto il mio prossimo viaggio a Toronto in agosto e ribookerò questo hotel per certo. Sicuramente consiglierei di rimanere qui. Grazie a tutti coloro che hanno fatto il mio soggiorno lì un memorabile.

Front desk staff amazing omg they text you and everything...Amy and the other girl and the men were really nice also...breakfast was amazing....housekeeping so nice...location perfect but hampton needs better signage

Siamo stati felici di trovare il posto e la posizione, dovevamo dare cinque stelle, ma un incidente è successo quando siamo partiti. Ho chiesto a un camion di portarci all'aeroporto di Billy Bishop e una signora ci ha aiutati bene. Ci è stato detto che la cabina era già fuori, abbiamo messo tutte le nostre cose nella cabina e siamo stati seduti dentro pronto a partire, ma un altro tizio ha chiesto anche una cabina subito dopo di noi. Un personale molto accogliente e amichevole (l'India) ci ha aiutato a portare fuori i bagagli. (Era molto gentile, ci ha aiutato indipendentemente dalla nostra nazionalità). Ma quando ci siamo quasi lasciati il tipo (Blanco, potrebbe essere America) che ha chiesto anche una rete di camion fuori presumendo che la nostra camion fosse sua. Il dipartimento di frontiera (Chino) ha chiesto all'altro personale (Indiano) di uscire dalla cabina, il ragazzo indiano ha spiegato che abbiamo chiesto una cabina prima, ma il ragazzo cinese non ha avuto alcuna difficoltà a ascoltare. Tutto quello che voleva era uscire dalla cabina, non si è nemmeno scusato.

Rimasi 2 notti per catturare un gioco di baseball! Cons - vista era un parcheggio vuoto, un po' rumoroso dal corridoio, poteva sentire le porte chiuse altissimamente, ma il nostro piano era ancora bello e tranquillo, e lo specchio di maquillaggio era rotto (percio' erano gli unici veri cons) Pros - Lo amavamo, La posizione è fantastica, Così vicino alla Stazione Union 5 minuti a piedi, vicino allo Stadio Rogers, alla Torre CN, all'acquario & Harbourfront, abbiamo fatto colazione al Mercato di St Lawrence, a 20 secondi di cammino e poi abbiamo avuto anche una bella 15 minuti a piedi al Distillery District. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente! Abbiamo avuto solo un pasto nel Café/Bistro, ma era grande (Colazione) e il personale era molto bello! Le letti erano comodi! Hotel e camere erano super pulite! È stato un posto davvero bello per rimanere, ci rimarremo ancora!

I had a great time staying there. Service, accommodation and food was good. Free airport shuttle service back and forth. Nearby restaurant and coffee shop available within walking distance. Overall excellent.

L'hotel è molto grande, il primo piano è **, e il teatro, il campo di corsa, è molto buono!La stanza è molto grande, le strutture sono molto nuove, pulite, comode per il trasporto, c'è un parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito, il rapporto costo-benefici!

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. Sono sconvolto! Sono un membro del Marriott, quindi ho scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel ogni volta che ero in zona. Ultimamente la mia esperienza con questo hotel è stata terribile! L'ultima volta mi hanno addebitato $ 250 perché qualcuno ha denunciato che il mio cane aveva aggredito un bambino! Non hanno nemmeno indagato finché non ho chiamato 6 volte! (La ragazza lavorava alla reception mi ha detto che il direttore sarebbe arrivato tra 1-2 ore, quindi ho lasciato il mio numero. Qualche ora dopo ho chiamato per chiedere, ho chiamato il numero sbagliato quindi è andato al reparto prenotazioni, ho spiegato cosa è successo e ho chiesto di essere trasferito alla ragazza della reception, perché è lei che mi ha fatto pagare $ 250 e indovina un po', invece di parlare con me, ha chiesto alla signora del reparto prenotazioni dimmi ”Ha detto che il direttore ti chiamerà non appena sarà tornato” Ho insistito per controllare le telecamere di sicurezza e non c'erano nessuno che è stato attaccato, mi hanno restituito i soldi e la loro spiegazione è stata ”qualcuno si è approfittato troppo dell'hotel per a. ” notte gratis.”. Quindi mi hanno fatto pagare la notte??? E non so nemmeno perché sono rimasto qui di nuovo ieri sera! Non potevo credere ai miei occhi! Cosa succede a questo piumino??!!!! Non volevo avere problemi con le persone quando viaggio da sola, quindi ho chiesto solo un'altra coperta, ma non è mai arrivata, quindi ho passato una notte senza coperta. Stavo per mostrare queste foto alla reception ma il mio telefono era scarico ed avevo fretta di andare al mio appuntamento. Comunque ho finito con questo hotel!
