La sala da pranzo è stata aperta dopo molto tempo di chiusura. Il servizio è equo e acuto. I prodotti per la colazione non sono così grandi ma medie colazione come tosta e caffè, tazze di frutta e dolci. Vorrei che l'hotel cambiasse il menu una volta per un po'.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

Dormi subito con le quattro piumini soft medium di dimensione re. Unità di riscaldamento silenziosa. Beh ben progettate luci ovunque. La camera 425 si trova a nord in case residenziali. Molto tranquillo, lontano dall'autostrada 407. Difficili asciugamani morbidi dal Bangladesh, credo. 40” Panasonic TV ha tutti i canali di specialità Cable. Colazione completa inclusa. Uova scramblete, bacon di bacon, porridge di avena calda, caffè, tè, succo d'arancia, succo di mele, arance, mele deliziose, mandorle e uve per aggiungere cereali caldi o freddi. Svampa per ore nella calda piscina di 30' a 20' spaziosa con profondità da 3' a 4'5”. Questo è un edificio completamente separato con corridoio caldo accanto. Ci sono camere da uomo e donna e una doccia ciascuna con servizi igienici. Ottimo valore per un individuo completo vivere o soggiornare due giorni.

L’hotel aveva tutto quello che ci serviva, tra cui i bagni, il caffè e molte tovalette extra. La stanza aveva un po’ di odore di meraviglia, proveniente dai tessuti sul pavimento. Ma la stanza era ben pulita. Il parcheggio era un po' difficile da trovare, perché il posto era pieno.

Great location in Richmond Hill. Convenient to shopping malls restaurants bars and more. Lots of things to choose from. Indoor swimming pool gym and Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby area. They also have shops in the complex for all you need. I would recommend this hotel to all in this area. Only kickback no airport shuttle bus service. Need to book a taxi or other way of transport

Vedo che non ci sono stati dati recenti su TripAdvisor su questo hotel, quindi ecco la mia assunzione. L'hotel sembrava e si sentiva molto bene - il rimodellamento (da un Super 8, mente a voi) è stato perfettamente eseguito, tutto è stato portato al standard dei Quattro punti, funzionava come previsto, e sembrava fresco e pulito. La squadra era anche grande e disposta a aiutare/sbattire in qualsiasi momento. Mi piacevano anche i frutti freschi offerti al servizio di fronte al colazione - che mi porta alla mia più grande denuncia sul mio soggiorno - il fatto che il ristorante fosse chiuso. Questo non era ovviamente disponibile sul sito web dell'hotel, né c'era un avvertimento durante il processo di prenotazione, come sarebbe stato normalmente disponibile sull'app di Marriott. Mi ha colpito come una grande sorpresa e mi ha lasciato scrambling sul posto per piani alternativi, perché ho avuto qualche colazione con gli ospiti pianificati durante la settimana. Mi aspettavo che un quattro punti avesse un ristorante operativo o un'alternativa ragionevole, o una linea di fondo che gli ospiti sapessero prima dell'arrivo, invece di semplicemente non provare, colpevole, e insistendo ”ma signore, riceverete 500 punti come dono di benvenuto”. Spero davvero che il ristorante apra la sua porta presto, ma prima che succeda, non tornerò. Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby
