房間隔音很差，住在一樓房間，樓上住客很吵，廚房不能煮飯。

This property had all the charm of a youth hostel with none of the amenities. A single family home converted to a dormitory with 10 rooms, shared bathrooms and two showers for all, there is a two-chair common area in the kitchen where you can’t cook. If you want this level of accommodation, it is fine. If you were tricked into it, it was miserable.

It served our purposes for an inexpensive place to stay and was convenient to getting around Toronto

Check in was easy. owner texted directions. Rooms were clean with bed a desk. Hardwood floors make it a bit noisy if your on main floor. Would be nice if there was a TV in room but overall a great place to stay for the price.

The home net is located in a tranquil area where houses are beautifully built and home gardens are everywhere. There is a shopping square in walkable distance near the home net. All kinds of Asian foods restaurants and stores are lining up in the square, pharmacy, supermarket and dollarama stores are amongst them. It’s quite convenient for the travelers.

The bathroom was gross, little curly hairs all over the place and the tub drain was clogged. The floors in the bedroom were dirty, tonnes of dust bunnies under the bed. The bed was uncomfortable. There is not enough parking. He has 8 rooms and four parking spots. The parking is a double wide driveway so you are expected to be blocked in or you have to block someone else in. You will not get an email with check in instructions, another guest had to wait over an hour to check in upon her arrival because she could not get in touch with the host. Also no AC.

DON’T STAY HERE. This place ruined my trip. The room was dirty and the bed had no sheets. The bathroom had hair on the floor and shower area. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and it didn't have any towels or toilet paper either. AND THE WORST THING WAS that I called him to ask for sheets and towels, he told me he would be there in half an hour, he arrived and went into the room without asking permission, and when I told him I needed sheets, he yelled at me and told me to leave. I told him it was fine, but to give me the money back, which he refused. In conclusion: he kept my money and kicked me off his property for asking for towels and sheets.

After listing was incorrect on ******* I was offered a room with a private bathroom. The room had hair in the bathroom and bedroom. The bed did not have a mattress just the box spring. Terrible night sleep. Never will I book again with them again

The property was very dirty - didn't look like things had been cleaned in a long time. You get a private room, but share bathroom and kitchen space.

The property listing wasn’t what I walked into. The host failed to send check-in instructions 24hrs before, as they said they would. I was overcharged for what I walked into. Wouldn’t stay here again. Parking was a confusion and a mess when I was told that there was a free parking spot. Bathroom is disgusting, kitchen is disgusting and room is boring. Looks more like a jail cell. Also, for the icing on top, I fell from the top of the stairs and busted my elbow, bruised my back and hip on my first night. Thanks but no thanks

All the guests have to share one bath room. We waited for 30 minutes to get a shower. Other then this, everything is good.
