È fantastico soggiornare in un hotel così meraviglioso. La stanza è pulita e accogliente. Ad ogni modo, l'addetta alla reception nell'area clienti del servizio vicino alla biglietteria e la ragazza responsabile del nostro check-in dovrebbero essere più professionali almeno sorridendoci quando abbiamo bisogno di aiuto. Erano così fastidiosi. Solo una cosa che ha reso il nostro viaggio meno interessante. Altre cose erano perfette.

Ecco il miglior ostello che abbia mai prenotato. Buon prezzo per esperienze super soddisfatte. Di sicuro prenota di nuovo se vai lì

Cari funzionari del Sui Xiang Hotel, sono profondamente commosso e grato per il vostro servizio. Ho viaggiato a Woojeon per una notte. Questo posto è così bello e sorprendente. È ben tenuto e confortevole. La visione notturna dell'amicizia è estatica. Voglio andarci di nuovo. La colazione dell'hotel è buona e ben gestita. È stato un viaggio meraviglioso.

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

Decided to stay a night in this hotel after reading the reviews. Indeed, room is spacious and comfortable. As the hotel is located quite near the far end, it’s quiet and peaceful. Less people also which is good for photo taking. The hotel breakfast is acceptable too but do not expect international kind of food variety.

Crowded with alot of people and the food inside quite expensive

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always eager to assist with any requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The amenities, such as free Wi-Fi, fitness center, pool, restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, scenic views, or any other notable feature, which made the experience even better. Very good hostel. Clean and good service. Staff can help you call the shuttle car to shuttle you to places u want to go. Very spacious common spaces and close to key spots in Wuzhen. Staying with the town allows you to explore the old town at night when all the tourists are gone. Highly recommended. Bring your own towels, slippers etc or you would need to buy them. Shampoo, shower gel provided

Very good size accommodation for the 4 of us (my wife and 2 daughters). Buggy service available and walking distance to restaurants and amenities. Very friendly staffs.

It is a great place to stay and is convenient to access all the xizha attractions.

Svc staff at hotel reception was amazing. Although hotel looks a little old and amenities was not the best but overall acceptable and huge room.

The hotel location is not near the busy Main Street, need to walk and cross two bridges to find the Main Street. However, they have carts services whenever required for breakfast or to the main door. The attendant was very kind and with good service to guide you anywhere to find your requirements. He introduced the places of interest and gave lots of help. Give him a thumb up for good service.
