It was our wedding anniversary so we wanted to have a cozy trip to a town we had not been to. Did some research and found Wuzhen and decided on Wuzhen Clubhouse.  We knew the pricing would be higher to be inside the visitor zone so it was mainly to take advantage of the location of the hotel. For the price, it is basic and aged. The room is exactly as you see in photos for the listing. Because the hotel  is in a historical building, there is no lift if you stay in a second floor unit.  With a stay inside the visitor area, you can normally have unlimited access to go in and out of the area, whereas if you stay outside then you are limited to the number of access. You can also remember to call and buggy to take you longer distances from the hotel and from certain spots; they just ask you to show proof of stay like your hotel key card. Otherwise you pay per ride at 10 RMB which is not cost efficient.  It’s quite humid and rainy for most of the year so since it’s stone and wood construction, it is vulnerable to be run down easily.  Since we visited in October, it was cool and slightly rainy but the temperature in the room was pleasant with the windows open or with the air conditioning on.  I imagine it could get quite hot in summer so this is something to keep in mind.  Breakfast is either in the hotel or you receive a voucher to a breakfast spot in the town. It’s a very full breakfast either Chinese style or western.  The staff are friendly and patient. This is the highlight of the hotel.  When you arrive in the visitor center, you can confirm your check in and your luggage is transported directly to your hotel. And when you depart, the same process in reverse is arranged for you.  We then called a Didi car to leave and the driver picked us up outside of the visitor Centre. You can take a regular yellow taxi in the line in the same area. The price is only slightly higher when you call a car but the car can be much nicer so I think it’s worth the 20 RMB extra to go to the high speed rail station (to go back to Shanghai).  As I said, the price is high for what you get at this location so do some homework and make sure you know what you are looking for.

Hotel room is very pretty, and it is well maintained. Thanks to Xiao Hua who is our main person in charge throughout our trip. They provide top notch services. Will definitely be back again if i go again. Thanks to the friendly team as well.

An absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

設施：房間內設施比較有年代感了，稍顯老舊但整體還是不錯。 環境：因為房間給在了二樓能看到一些外面的風景，距離各個景點也都不遠。 服務：負責接待我們的是小唐，服務非常熱情周到，來之前就會有管家在羣裏安排，在我們到之前就已經在景區外等候，非常感謝！同時也非常感謝送的生日蛋糕！

上週末入住了盛庭行館，體驗感非常好。從電話諮詢起，管家琳琳就特別親切貼心，主動添加了微信，幫忙確認訂單，也安排了小哥在遊客中心等候，帶我們入住。因為這次行程是3個大人，需要加床，酒店在房間允許的情況下，安排了兩個房型讓我們選擇。一間是套房，房間面積大，但是臨街會略吵，另一間是高級大床房，面積相對小但安靜。最後我們選了套房，雖然晚上會有些人聲幹擾（酒店提醒過），但整體住得無比舒服。親媽甚至覺得比在家都睡得好。之前來過烏鎮很多次，裏裡外外的酒店也住了不少，在服務上沒有一家能與盛庭比肩。除此以外，硬件方面也有明顯優勢。酒店坐落在主幹道偏中間的位置，往哪頭走都比較方便，門口幾米就是戲劇節嘉年華表演的定點位置，看演出可太方便了。酒店的設計也比較符合我審美，整體是老宅結構，房間內也古色古香特別美。而且因為不臨水，不會濕冷，曾經有次住其他酒店，被子都是潮的…酒店的早餐有幾種選擇，我們選了早茶客（相當於水上市集各個早茶攤的自助），臨水吃茶可太愜意了。最後，我們臨行前還想去次北柵，琳琳得知後安排了一個小哥以最優的路線送我們到了北柵口。此次烏鎮之行雖然衹呆了兩天一晚，但非常圓滿開心，特別感激管家琳琳和幾位小哥，以後再去烏鎮，衹選盛庭。

來烏鎮戲劇節玩，特地選了這家在主街中間位置的酒店，無論出門左轉還是右轉，偶遇各種表演和巡遊機率都超級高！而且周偉好吃的也不少哦！ 環境：酒店門面雖然沿街，但是客房在庭院深處，安靜卻温馨。 服務：管家全程接送，感謝小陳的服務，周到細緻體貼而去非常及時～

地理位置：位置很好，就在西柵主街上，房間比較大，一樓客廳，二樓卧室，二樓帶一個小陽台，戲劇節的時候房間裏開窗就能看到遊行。門口就是碼頭，也是戲劇節節目的表演點。 服務：瑤瑤管家熱情、負責又貼心，小女生一人幫我們拖着兩個行李箱，有什麼問題都耐心解答。第二天我們換到通安住，行李可以直接轉運，全程比較方便。 設施：設施擺設比較傳統，相對於通安客棧來説，設備沒有通安現代和智能化。

非常喜歡盛庭行館的風格，環境也很舒適，衞生間還很貼心可愛的當了一把椅子～ 特別喜歡服務人員的態度，尤其是前台小姐姐的介紹非常非常專業！管家也很熱情，下次有機會還會選擇盛庭！

環境優雅舒適 房間乾淨整潔 服務態度非常棒 早餐精緻美味（是我從未在其他酒店體驗過的）特別感謝學華熱情接待。本次住宿國慶10.1號價格有點小貴 當住宿心情愉悦 下次有機會一定提前訂房 希望價格稍稍優惠點😄

酒店位置算是景區正中央了，去哪裡都很方便，雖然設施有點陳舊，但勝在服務不錯，用品是歐舒丹的，早餐也很好吃，還有管家一對一服務，而且有求必應。另外，給管家小范、小陳點贊👍

餘多次遊歷烏鎮，雖景緻不俗，然盛庭行館之體驗，實為登峯造極。此次舉家同行，攜帶幼兒，行李足十二件之多，若無周到照應，實難順暢。瑤瑤與茹茹二位管家體貼入微，茹茹留於遊客中心，妥善辦理行李託運，若非如此，吾等如何能輕裝入景？瑤瑤管家引領至館，乘遊覽車直達，若無此便利，豈能順暢？ 入住時，手續簡便，瑤瑤管家速捷代辦，未曾遲緩，且殷勤推薦翌日之早餐，並詳解景點與遊船。盛庭行館居西柵核心，四通八達，遊覽方便至極。帶幼兒出行，若遇疲乏，或需餵奶換巾，皆可迅速回館歇息。如此便利，實大增遊覽之樂，倍感舒適。 大床房四間共享一前堂，若衹訂一室，或需與他人共用，未免侷促。然此番吾等一併訂四室，獨享公共區域，猶如私宅，私密幽靜，倍增雅趣。 盛庭行館待客周到，房舍設計精巧，其地處要津，遊覽便利，堪稱烏鎮絕佳之宿。若使陶令歸田之樂得此安處，亦當嘯詠其中；若遇王徽之雪夜訪友，必然得主賓交融、賓至如歸之感。風景如畫，人情温潤，居此則靜，遊此則歡，實為烏鎮之妙境。無論全家出遊，抑或閑居小憩，皆可在此獲得極致享受。

來烏鎮前看網上攻略都説要住在烏鎮景區內，所以在攜程上預訂酒店的時候就毫不猶豫選擇了盛庭行館，提前一天就接到了管家的電話確認到達景區的時間和交通方式。下午大概13:30在坐車到到景區遊客服務中心後，盛庭的小潘管家已經在等候我們，很快在遊客服務中心就辦好了住宿登記，之後帶領我們坐觀光車到酒店入住。入住後第一時間就幫我們預約了第二天早茶客，並把導航發給了我們。打開房門的那一刻就感覺我們的選擇是正確的，桌子上有新鮮的水果，冰箱裏有冰冷的飲品，還有一碗好喝的甜品🍮。稍作休息後就去喝酒店送的下午茶（二選一，我們選的是犀牛咖啡館），吃飽喝足後就開始了正式的旅行，酒店位於西柵大街中心位置，距離景區內的景點都很近，非常方便，在古鎮內走累了就回到房間休息一會兒，然後接着再逛。早茶客是第二天上午7:00-9:00，我們7:00準時到達早茶客所在地（水上集市），把幾乎所有好吃的都點了，一邊吃還能一邊聽戲，真是太愜意了。吃完早飯接着在景區內逛文創店和紀念館，中午退房的時候管家又把我們送到觀光車站。這次來烏鎮，盛庭給我留下了很好的印象，感謝管家小潘熱情周到的服務！
