Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

3pmにホテルに到着し、チェックインに長蛇の列。フロントは６人程で対応されていたが、15分ほど待たされたが、再度15分後に鍵を取りに来てくれとの事で、早速ラウンジ利用させて頂いた。部屋もトリプルで、とても広く清潔であった。立地が山の上で、周りには何もない。夜、朝と大浴場を利用でき、広いので人の多さも気にならない。チェックイン時に、3000円強の朝食ビュッフェを追加をお願いした。宿泊者の数も多いが、料理の種類も多く、テーブルもたくさん用意されていた。

장점 : 조식과 대욕탕 직원들이 친절함 조식은 음식 종류가 다양하고 맛도 있어요. 샐러드가 신선하고 다양하게 만들어 먹을 수 있어요. 아이스크림과 라멘도 맛있고 음식에 진심이 느낌이라 정말 맛있게 먹었어요. 라운지 음료는 잘 이용하면 좋을 것 같아요. 맥주를 이용할 수 있는 시간이 정해져있어 아쉽네요. 대욕탕은 아침저녁으로 이용할 만큼 만족했어요. 단점 : 오래된 객실 커텐의 무늬에 놀랬고 암막커튼이 아닌 점도 놀랐어요. 침대는 굉장히 낮았어요. 기본룸이라 그런지 오래 된 그대로라 묵은 냄새가 계속 이어져서 힘들었어요. 아침에 객실에서 해뜨는 모습은 장관이였습니다. :)

酒店非常好，環境優美，服務周到，還有免費的酒廊，非常適合度假，自助早餐非常高級，雖然沒去泡温泉，但是同行的朋友説非常值得去，因為是自駕的，所以沒有注意交通問題，酒店在山裡。

酒店太老了，在富山市郊區如果不是自駕遊的話非常不方便。昆蟲比較多，房間舊了點，空間還是挺大。這裏的温泉應該是熱水不是地下礦物水。

2024년 4월에 기존 로얄에서 머큐어로 재개장해서 좋습니다 온천장도 넓고 노천탕도 있고 식당도 부페고 먹을만합니다 가족 여행에 더욱 추천합니다 주차도 무료

至れり尽くせりで最高でした♪朝風呂でサウナもOKなのが嬉しい〜世界遺産の五箇山にも近いので、ゆっくり遊べましたよ。

部屋が広くて、気持ちがいい。 朝食のバイキング種類は豊富、美味しかった。 近いところに観光場所が多くて、良かった。

部屋の広さや朝食の美味しさなどは良かったです。しかしながらホテルのWi-Fiが遅くて使い物になりませんでした。普通の携帯4gの通信の方が早かった。

酒店位置適中，方便出行

クルマを前に横付けしてもベルボーイも出てこない、チェックインしても大きな荷物を部屋まで運んでもくれない、周りにどこもレストランがないのに館内にある5つのレストランは予約がないと入れません、と迷惑がられ、大浴場は塩素臭く、チェックアウトの時間はフロントが混むので前日精算を21:30までに済ませた方がいいとか、朝食時間はいちばんいい時間帯が混むのでずらした方がいいとか、あちらの都合の事なのにあちこちに張り紙がしてあり、あまりにもローカル塩対応なのにびっくりしました。地元の人や家族連れはこれでいいのかもしれませんが、落ち着いた時間を過ごしたい人にはおすすめできません。朝食はものすごく大きな会場でしたが、種類も多くてたくさん食べたい方にはいいかも。

Huge convention type hotel located far from town. 1980’s deco, spacious but well maintained Onsen is clean and spacious but tiled like a swimming pool The convenient shop is large with many souvenirs. Love the local hand-made paper products. Check out the carp mobile! Breakfast is good. Stunning variety but possibly bcos there was a convention ( fr Taiwan?) going on that weekend ( 3 bus full) There is even a ‘church’ in the hotel ground for weddings The rooms are spacious with the usual ammenities I had my clothes washed in the coin operated laundramat in the basement, beside the entrance of the onsen. Convenient and economical. No detergent required and the machine automatically dries the clothes too I would love to stay here again

9月の連休に家族で2泊しました。メルキュールといえばフランスのエスプリを感じるフロントやラウンジ、ルーム内装の雰囲気を期待していましたが、ごく普通の古めの観光ホテルな感じでした。 オールインクルーシブプランでしたので、2食付きです。時間を予約しなくてもよいのですが、時間によってはかなりの待ち時間があります。順番が来ると、LINEに通知が来ます。ホテルの客室キャパに比べ席数が足りないようです。ラウンジは、名ばかりで、通路脇のオープンスペースにテーブルと椅子があります。席数が少なく座ることができませんでした。また、インバウンドの団体客が大声で会話したり、子供が走り回ったりしても、スタッフは静観するだけで、食事にも落ち着いた雰囲気がありませんでした。ビュッフェの品数は豊富ですが、連泊しても同じメニューなので、チョイスする際に心にとめておいたほうが良いと思います。
