La nostra camera era bella e pulita. Abbiamo prenotato una camera deluxe con 2 letti matrimoniali con vista sulla città, abbastanza bella per 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Colpito dal servizio reso dal personale. Il personale del check-in è stato gentile nell'aiutarci a prolungare un po' l'orario del check-out dato che avevo un volo notturno. Il personale ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare un'auto per l'aeroporto e ci ha aiutato a comunicare con l'autista di Grab per assicurarsi che ci fosse abbastanza spazio nel bagagliaio per i nostri bagagli. La posizione è ok, l'hotel fornisce un bus navetta per la stazione BTS di Asoke oppure puoi anche camminare per circa 7 minuti fino alla stazione. A pochi passi dal centro commerciale EMSPHERE con un sacco di scelta di cibo. La maggior parte delle volte ci spostiamo tramite Grab, quindi questo hotel è fantastico per noi.

L'attrezzatura della stanza è ordinaria e non c'è la vasca da bagno, non vale il prezzo di questo prezzo, non è consigliabile rimanere

La stanza non è troppo grande, ma il design è molto premuroso.Dopo essersi guardato intorno, la stanza è anche molto pulita e igienica. La reception non capisce il cinese, ma sono molto entusiasti.

È davvero una fortuna incontrare un hotel di recente apertura, l'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono e amichevole, ci sono 711, bancarelle lungo la strada, piccoli ristoranti, massaggi e tutto nella zona circostante, il che è molto conveniente.

Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at the courtyard. The staff were accommodating and hospitable, room is spacious and clean. Concierge service was excellent when assisting in restaurant reservations and was able to advise on commuting options.

Spotless property, diverse breakfast choices and, good service. The hotel is at walking distance to 2 different BTS Skytrain stops, surrounded by a lot of malls and ample choice of restaurants. Also a nice urban park nearby perfect for a stroll and some relax.

It is strategic located in the happening area where you can easily find food, drink and massage nearby. The hotel breakfast has complete variety of international food. Clean room and big bathroom.

the hotel is new but our room 3211 has a strange smell. isolation is also bad as I could hear the drainage from the room as well. Bed are large and comfortable. breakfast is nice and good value. access to the hotel is not convenient as the road is narrow and almost no footpath, can be dangerous for kids. hotel staffs are helpful and good quality. massage parlors are everywhere.

It’s quite conveniently located near EmSphere but it can be quite hot to walk under the sun. Breakfast is spot on with great noodle and selection of bread. However it’s quite disappointing to get a room looking over a wall of the next block. No views at all

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel is centrally located between Asok and Phrom Pong station, very near to Terminal 21 and the new Emsphere shopping centre. And there are a wide selection of good clean massage shops outside the hotel. The check in process was smooth and efficient. Even though I checked in very late close to midnight, the staff at the reception were very welcoming. The staff was very kind to upgrade me to a room that comes with a bathtub! Appreciate the very kind gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I appreciate the amenities provided. The housekeeping team did an excellent job as will in maintaining the room each day. The service from the concierge staff was exceptional as well. They were always friendly, professional and eager to assist with my requests. Overall, I highly recommend Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20. The combination of excellent service, convenient location and very comfortable room made my stay truly enjoyable.

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard Bangkok Sukhumvit 20! The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The on-site amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. The hotel surprised my wife with a cute happy anniversary message written on the mirror and it was a very memorable experience. Breakfast was out of this world delicious with real bacon and custom omelettes and served late so you can sleep in. Pool had no people and was very relaxing place to relax and drink some beers. Location was perfect. Will be back next year!

Impressed by their hospitality and services. Every staff makes you feel warm and very helpful. The rooms is clean and the bed is super comfortable. Only the bathroom need a little bit more effort for those moss. Breakfast is very nice and sumptuous. Tastes delicious and the variety also keeps changing every day. The location is ok but the traffic there is very bad. Little walk from the hotel to the main road where you can find 7/11 and lots of massage. Definitely worth the stay. 👍🏻
